CCarmen SI don't think we have ever had a more pleasant experience. Everyone we dealt with was eager to help and always with a smile. I lost a necklace that had significant sentimental value and they found in the lobby and returned it to me. What a blessing! The breakfast was great and the staff kept everthing spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great too. This was a great place to stay for our John Fogerty concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff was not the friendliest, not rude but not upbeat or happy. Seamed to be invested in themselves rather than making their clients stay amazing. This hotel could definitely pay more attention to customer service and serving their customers. After all without us you would not be here. So now let’s get into some of the nitty gritty, upon arriving, as a Diamond Member the app says I get water and a snack, neither were given and the front staff says this hotel does not do this. What… every other hotel I go to does this! But okay thanks. Go to my room and see fingerprints all over the room. Mostly around and on light switches and bathroom counter. I informed the front desk and they just said that all their rooms are cleaned to the Hilton standards. I totally disagree because all I stay in is Hiltons. Then I find out that the pool is being cleaned, I think great at least they are cleaning something but then the front staff tells me it has been closed for cleaning for the last three weeks and has no idea when it will be done. I am from Canada and I do not carry any cash on me, wanted to do laundry and the staff could not charge a $1 to my room so I could do my dirty laundry, so I asked one of my American friends staying at the same hotel if they could lend me $1. I do my laundry and the washer does not drain fully or spin fast enough because the clothes came out soaking wet. I put them into the dryer and as course stall came out dripping. Talked with the front staff and told him. To my surprise all he said was “okay” and walked away. I feel a little compassion or offering me $.50 to put my clothes in the dryer one more time would go a long way. I stayed here for a week and the week before their sister hotel across the lot (owned by the same people) and saw and experienced many moments that made me think to myself “thats not right”. Will definitely give this hotel a lot of social media exposure in a negative way. Will never come back here until I know the whole staff including the man in the back office take some customer service basic training.

CCruiser38816501588we had been driving all day & were tired..I was happy to get the same rate as ******* would have given me and best part is we got on the 1st floor! Great room, clean comfy beds. best hotel breakfast ever! Lots of healthy options, clean. Pool area looked inviting, but we were bushed. Dinosaur theme was cool! Excellent location of interstate. We felt very safe here. my husband thought the room smelled smokey and it did look like there may have been cigarette burns on the carpet, which could probably use an update. I get all you do is leave your key on the counter upon check out, but sometimes it's nice that the young girl would have thanked us, but she was busy on her phone. overall super great stay

GGuest UserThe check in went well! But didn’t know how noisy this hotel was until it was time to settle in and sleep. The fan in bathroom was so loud it was terrible same switches used the light yup so you know! Then the fridge started making a loud noise. Also you could hear traffic in room. Wish we would have checked out same day. Stayed long thanksgiving weekend. And had to finally try to get housekeeping to come in. On the third day when I called to get housekeeping they said they would have to see if they had time!! Oh you don’t even know. This last part topped off our whole stay! So they have a coat closet and my husband put his shirt and my North-face ski jacket in the closet and we left and forgot them. When we remembered I called right away and some how with both of them in the same place they told me they found the shirt but not the Jacket. Some how I knew they were going to say that!! Very upsetting over all stay! So heads up double think of your stay here!!!

GGuest UserWas a great hotel, location worked well for us. Our kids loved the pool! The staff were very friendly, accommodating to allow us to use the breakfast room for our meals we shared with 3 other families. Answered all our questions and were overall super helpful with directions etc. Will stay again next year when we are back for our baseball tournament.

I have stayed with Choice and a Gold member, have to say this is the worst stay in some time. I had to check in late that night around 1am due to working late at my hospital. I was given room 113, do not recommend this room, first room on right first floor. I had 2 bed that BOTH had someone else black hair and dirt between the sheets and comforter, they just made it and no sheet change. I had chunks in the tub and dirt on the floor made my feet black. I went to the front desk right away 10-14-2023(1:10 am) and showed pictures, what was happening, and the night front desk guy said he would tell his manager tomorrow and said nothing else. He did not offer me another room, so I thought they were sold out, they were not come to find out. So, I slept in my pajamas on a naked bed for $180.00. The next morning, I talked to the front desk gentleman and found that I should have been moved to a new room or to another hotel, he was shocked to my treatments... I was not happy with this inconsideration of a person from the night before. The day gentleman offered me a return of my money for the next night I had booked, and a discount for what happened, I was happy with this and leaving too!! I booked in Broomfield Comfort Suites for this next night. I went back to the room and then decided to look under the bed.... yeah, dust bunnies, papers, and dirt, been over 6 months since cleaned... you can tell with the amount that was under sink, nightstand, chair also. This is embarrassing for Choice Hotels chain and people should be accountable for cleanliness. I say EVERYONE ROMOVE SHEETS FROM THE BED and place on floor with dirty towels. They need to be forced to change sheets. If you do not do this lazy staff will just fix for the next person.... and the next and the next... sad but true these days... I am Currently checked in to Choice Comfort Suites off of Destination way and HWY 36, Broomfield I'm happy to call this a true choice hotel experience!!

IInspire14082276864Was pleasantly surprised after reading the hit and miss reviews. Property is an older La Quinta and that shows on the outside and inside with normal wear and tear. Check in and out was a breeze and the staff were great. Breakfast was sparse with only waffles, pre-packaged muffins, coffee and possibly yogurt. Room was spacious, clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. Hotel is a short drive to Red Rocks and there are plenty of shopping and food options within a short drive or walk.
