Awesome hotel with big rooms and new facilities. The first floor of Building No. 6 we lived in was a mini golf course and inland lake. The view was superb. There are a variety of activities to participate in every day. The bar has free drinks and snacks. The pool is open until 11 pm, and the pool opposite Trump Hotel can be shared, but unfortunately we have not enjoyed the trip. It is a pity. The hotel is 15-20 minutes by car from the airport, there is nothing to visit around, there are two shopping centers about 3 minutes by car, there are supermarkets and restaurants, the hotel provides free shuttle, but you must contact the driver by phone.

The staff at the hotel was above and beyond amazing. Every person in banquet staff was amazing to work with. Always happy to help. Engineering went above and beyond to make sure that all preparations for the holiday on the property was done in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everybody and anybody that wants to stay in South Florida.

Originally wanted to choose a big bed room, the result was chosen to be two beds, the hotel said nothing to change, the service is very dissatisfied with me, the key is that the room is very much, they are not full, they are not willing to meet your conditions . There is also a parking fee every day, no breakfast, no refund of the deposit, all aspects are not suitable, so everyone should think carefully before placing an order, because the next time, regret it is too late.

Always stay in Marriott hotels for years. Stayed in Doral for one night, airplane noise due to flight path about two hundred feet directly above hotel is horrible, floor shakes every minute or two when landing planes come overhead. The patio has only one table outside the pool enclosure. Since the one table was taken by another party, we sat at table inside the pool enclosure where there are numerous tables and chairs some occupied. The pool was closed per the sign, we did not go in the pool nor did we want to, even though the pool was clear, clean and pump obviously working. Our party only wanted to sit and enjoy happy hour. We sat there for over an hour and then rudely we were told we had to leave the patio as the pool was closed. We were not in the pool. We asked why we had to leave the patio when we were not in the pool and the employee could not answer why. Definitely not worth the price to stay here and definitely does not compare to the standard of Marriott

I would like to thank all the team from the Miami Airport West Doral hotel for such a warm and professional care during my 29 days stay. I really felt at home and was always welcomed with a smile and the will to help. Special thanks to Jose A., Brian, Santiago and Andres, the front desk team that really impressed me and were always very friendly. Marriott Hotels is very fortunate to have these gentlemen in their team. The hotel facilities are also very good, and several great restaurants nearby. Thanks a lot and see you soon.

The breakfast was great, it was start at 6am.
The hotel airport shuttle is every hour. Unable to meet our request to go airport at 7.30, it must be either 7am or 8am. Need to arrange with the receptionist.

Upon arrival I was impressed with the lobby and bar area. It seems very nice and well-maintained. Turn front desk person was very cold and miserable. I started speaking to him to check in and he literally walked away from me in the middle of me talking and came back two minutes later like it never happened. He is not someone who should be working in hospitality The room had bloody? Stains on the wall and curtain. After swimming in the pool we got out and went to the towel rack to find that it was empty. I went to the phone that is near the pool to try to call the front desk. The phone doesn’t even work. It’s an emergency phone by the pool and it doesn’t even work. Thankfully, I had my phone with me. I found the front desk and was told towels would come but never given an apology. The towels never came we waited 45 min. We decided to just walk through the hotel soaking wet. I’m sure the floor was extremely slippery for other people who decided to walk after us. My youngest child was freezing walking through the hotel. We get to the room and there are only two towels even though I booked the room for four people. I phoned the front desk and again no apology he just told me towels would come. After about 30 minutes someone brought towels. It’s kind of ridiculous that even the most simple requests cannot be taken care of. I have tried to call since we left to complain to the manager but he is always unavailable and it takes forever for someone to answer the phone.

SSouthernFamilyOf3I needed a clean, quiet place ideally between the Airport and FIU with some extra space and a kitchen. I didn't use the kitchen as much as expected but it was indeed nice to have, and the place was very clean. I had a couple of maintenance items while here which were handled courteously the same day. I also tried out the locker, borrowing a DVD player. It worked great. As for noise, you can indeed hear airplanes very well from inside the room. I was never awakened by them and note that fewer fly during the night. Several restaurants are an easy walk from here, so I tried Venezuelan food and Lebanese, both really good. There is no Safe in the room.

GGuest UserWas located this hotel to isolate after testing positive for Covid on a cruise ship. Found the rooms very dark but spacious. The hotel pool is nice and quiet but they don’t seem to clean it. Breakfast is waste of time getting up for. Nice to have coffee available all day. Found front of house, the receptionist very unhelpful. APART from Francesca who very helpful the rest don’t bother with Did not have a car but there’s plenty of parking and the hotel is close to a lot of shopping amenities

GGuest UserRoom was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and there’s a variety, there’s free coffee in the lobby all day, plus a Keurig in your room. Room was very nice and clean, with all the essentials for my stay. Plenty of towels, comfortable bed, etc. Maid service early and on point. Absolutely no complaints. There are sodas and other beverages available for purchase in the lobby. Also shopping in walking distance— Ross, Marshalls, Panda Express; and Walmart, Sams Club, Office Depot just a short drive down the road. Area is quiet and safe, residents are super nice, stores are very clean. Hotel shuttle was available at the time of my stay (although I missed the shuttle from the airport because I trusted reviews on here that led me to believe it wasn’t operational. Sigh). Shuttle is free and working, and I was able to book it back to the airport. It was all in all a very good experience. Pool could use some cleaning but I never used the pool. Would definitely visit again.

WweihuaThe hotel is very nice, the rooms are not particularly large but clean and tidy. The hotel has an airport bus, but not every half hour. Go to the airport in the morning and make a reservation at the front desk the day before. Breakfast was too late to eat and looked okay. Eating around was okay, not too many businesses. It is more convenient to drive.

QQIIn order to catch a plane to live here the next day, there is a free breakfast, not rich, and met a group of tourists like South Asia Asan, fruits and the like grabbed away, eating ugly and dying. So I did n’t eat at the hotel, I ate at the airport myself. Hotel services and facilities are good, there are refrigerators and microwaves in the room to bring your own food. There is a Chinese restaurant called Qianlong Restaurant 150 meters nearby, which tastes good. The room was a bit poor, with shattered hair everywhere, making it uncomfortable to look at.

YY8787DXannalIt was the worst experience I had in a hotel in my life! We stayed at this hotel for two days and were woken up at 8am by the loud sound of a drill! They were doing work on one of the elevators. That same day, after a tiring morning, we returned to the room around 2pm and there was a knock on our door asking us to come in to do maintenance on the air conditioning. something that they said would last 10 minutes, lasted 1 hour, with 3 men in our room, with me, my husband and my young son who has autism. They used machines that made a huge noise and scared my son. They wet the entire floor, the dust they raised dirty our clothes that were lying around the room and even dirty the food I had just made! I had to throw everything away! I sent an email to the general manager who didn't even respond! escape this hotel! he disrespects the guests! I'll never go back!

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 nights but wished I only booked for 1 night. Was not aware that hotel didn't include free hotel shuffle so had to pay 30USD return for my own uber. Upon late arrival to hotel due to air traffic problems due to bad weather in miami our room door wasnt locked and bed wasnt made so we moved rooms. Hotel is about 15/20 mins drive from airport. I would not stay here again as location and no free airport shuttle is not appealing for me. The fact that I received no proper apology from hotel regarding my reserved room I would not stay here again!!

GGuest User10 minutes drive from int'l airport, no shuttle to this stay. The house keeping is not doing great job to clean the room. Upon arrival you can pick up the dirty kitchenette and of course you have to clean it. There's no breakfast as advertisement says, it's coffee and sugary granola bars and muffins. The biggest problem I faced was the low water pressure supply to the hotel, not just one room. There is self service laundry room on site accepts coin and cards. Rrooms looking over 33rd street and 87Ave are extremely noisy, Sam as sleeping on the said walk. Also room looking over the pool are caius by noise coming from airplane s landing. The best rooms are located behind the reception. For long stays in Miami, nightly rate between $80-90 is not bad all in all. Receptionist Jenne is responsive attentive and willing to help, but not enough, rest of the team attitude should come on board in order to make a difference. C U Around.
