They traveled by transit from the Aegean coast to Istanbul Airport, stayed for a night. Choose a place next to the shopping center to rest and buy something, and not to go to the city at the same time. The hotel is not new, but cleanliness and service at a decent level. Breakfast is also quite diverse, not luxurious, but choice is. The customer-oriented service, the requests are responded adequately, the number was given higher, as we asked, allowed to leave free later, as we didn't manage. The Internet worked without interruptions, including in the room. In general, for transit or business trip I would strongly recommend, for recreation is unlikely to suit, the place is very specific - around the track, shopping and industrial zone. And another big minus - the pool works from 14.00 to 22.00, from morning there is no ability to swim. It is strange. And in general, the hotel is not bad. quiet, clean, quiet.

The hotel room is quite decent, not big but neat and clean.
The breakfast is also quite satisfactory. Chinese people may be a little uncomfortable with it due to their eating habits, but it is still very good for locals.
The location is very good and convenient for travel. It is more convenient to take the No. 2 light rail to the center of Bursa.

The location of the hotel is very good but the service of the reception staff is only fair. We asked the reception staff some questions on some sightseeing places and restaurants but were provided with not very accurate information.

Otelin her bir köşesi tarihi fotoğraf stüdyosu gibi heryerde resim çekinme imkanınız var :) resepsiyonda özgür bey tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı tamamını eksiksiz ışık hızıyla çözüme ulaştırdı ilgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ederiz. Özellikle masaj spa bölümünde aroma terapi masaji ve kese köpük yabaci masörler ile yapılıyor bu deneyim süperdi bölüm müdürü olan Mehmet beye ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Bir sonraki tatilimiz için yine tercih edeceğimiz mekanımız oldu.. Bu deneyimi hepiniz yaşamalısınız. 10 yildiz 😀

The apartment was spaciousand well equipped,not very far from the center yet you must have a car or use taxi service..The only negative point was the Wi Fi the signal was very weak..

It is located a little far from the center of Bursa, so you will need to take a taxi to get around. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, about 100TL.
About 20 minutes by taxi from the bus terminal, 200TL
The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Honey is served at breakfast. A satisfying selection of other fresh fruits and vegetables.
I only stayed for one night, but I think you can feel the comfort of this hotel if you stay for two or more nights with two or more people.
Next time I would like to stay with my partner.

Resepsiyonda Bahadır Bey, her konuda yardımcı olan Esra Hanım, Şef Uğur Bey ve diğer çalışan arkadaşlar bizi çok memnun bıraktılar. Termal otelde ki beklentimin fazlasını karşıladı. Özel odaları, havuz sıcaklığı, masaj salonları tam anlamıyla temiz ve yeniydi. Otelin birçok alanını ziyaret ettim herhangi bir olumsuz durumla karşılaşmadım.
