ソロツーリングで宿泊しました。 バイクは入り口前の屋根があるところに駐車させてもらいました。 立地も駅に近く食事をとるところの選択肢も多く助かります。 ランドリーは洗濯機と乾燥機が3セットあり良かったです。 朝食付きのプランでしたので内容ですが、コロナ禍の折小鉢等に入ったものを取るようになっていました。 不満というほどではないのですが、洋食向きのおかずにスクランブルエッグ等を入れてはどうかと思います。 *焼きはあったのですが、お菜は和食のものが多かったように思えます。 全体的に見るとかなり良いホテルだったと思います。 また近くにきた折に宿泊を考えても良いと思いました。

A 3-storey guesthouse located on a branch of the Tomoeha River. Megumi speaks enough English to communicate the facilities of the hotel and she is very welcoming. It is very convenient to be able to rent a bicycle from her to ride around town. I slept in one of the western dorm-style beds and it was very comfortable. A thoughtful touch is spare earplugs at the tea station upstairs. One thing I am finding is that when a listing says ”shared bathroom facilities, that could mean any number of things! Here, the showers are clean and good, and there are 2 separate and lockable shower cubicles, can be used by men or women. There are toilets on every floor. The guesthouse has a good free breakfast, I had some boiled eggs and a savoury pastry. Toast and jam is also available. They also do hot drinks and meals if needed. It's a reasonable walk from the train station, but it's flat walking.

It's close to the station. I went by car, so I used the paid parking lot behind the building. It was 500 yen per night. The room was well-cleaned and clean. The amenities were also plentiful. I'd like to use it again when I go to Tochigi City.

I originally thought that Oyama was just a small town, but when I got there, I found that the JR station was also quite large and there was a shopping mall. The hotel was only about a five-minute walk from the station. The room was slightly larger than that in Tokyo, and the soundproofing was not very good. When I was sleeping in the middle of the night, I heard a man talking loudly on the phone in the corridor outside the door. This hotel seems to be mostly stayed by men on business trips because the bathhouse is only open to men on weekdays, and most of the people eating breakfast in the morning are men, but as a transit hotel, the price-performance ratio is still acceptable.

Hotel location is very good, just across the hill station, food and shopping are very convenient. The hotel has a front desk that speaks Chinese. English communication is difficult. There is a common microwave water dispenser on the fourth floor. The rooms are older than the guest house level, the sound insulation is average, but it is spacious, with basic equipment, the bathroom is clean and standard Japanese hotel level, in addition to shampoo shower gel and skin care products.
