Advertised as a 3 star but when we arrived the hotel looked like a 1 star hotel. The price of the hotel did not match the lack of value. 1. Shuttle process is confusing, no pick-up at the airport exit. They wanted us to walk with bags in blistering 36C heat to an unknown parking area. Couldn't understand where to find it in a strange, city airport, so we took a bus. 2. All rooms were warm in the high temps, and both rooms offered had little to no air working. But the lobby/restaurant was nice & cool. We asked if could stay in the cooler area and were told 'No' because it's only for the dining area (but will not be used for the next 4 hours!) 3. Bugs all over the small closet-like bedroom (advertised as 3 stars?!!? How?!) Moved to another room - same problems. 4. The building is run down, see pics. One young woman was very helpful and the man first gave us attitude but was later helpful as well. The woman from the kitchen staff kept us out of the most cool comfortable area even though it was empty and the entire hotel was nearly as well. 5. The driver of the shuttle ride back to the airport was recklessly doing 80 in a 50 area. We tried to go elsewhere & spoke with a couple who did leave for the same reasons (they had a car). We chose to stay because of the far location (for walking) without easy transport, not finding economical options nearby, & sheer exhaustion. We bring small fans on summer trips, that was the only thing that made it possible to sleep in our warm room. We would definitely NOT recommend this hotel!

Well... it is not the most attractive hotel in the world, but it's very close to the airport, reasonably clean, but I'd say it is overpriced for a building that resembles a barrack or portacabin for highway workers (no disrespect to soldiers or the workers - but they don't pay close to 100 euros a night :-)

For the price, it was perfect. Full breakfast, everything you need. May be the room a little bit but it's good turns. Grand parking comfortable Litrey I strongly recommend for a break for holidays

When I checked in at night, the front desk was a black man who could not speak English, and was extremely slow and difficult to communicate. It cost 38 euros to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I booked a large double bed room and added a sofa to the single bed. I responded to Ctrip's customer service. The customer service was really dedicated. At the time, at 11:30 in France and 6:30 in China, the customer service was handled immediately. At that time, I was too tired and didn't want to toss too much. Ctrip also gave a reasonable result. Overall it's ok. The next day the front desk can speak English during the day, so the communication is much better

We arrived off a late evening flight into Lyon. Needed a place to stay the night before continuing our onward journey. Needed 24 hour checking, very close to the airport and ideally breakfast and late checkout. This hotel fitted our requirements on paper and in reality did not disappoint. Took us 10-12 minutes to walk to the hotel once we exited terminal 1 (following Google maps), arriving at reception around 11:30pm. Check in at reception took just a few minutes, no issues. Booked breakfast for the following morning. Bedroom comfortable and practical. Decent shower pressure and temperature. Breakfast was cold buffet continental. Decent quality food and drinks, plenty of choice, supplies replenished by staff often. Cost was around 8 euro per person. Dining area was clean with plenty of seating available. Served between 3am and 10am. If I ever needed to stop overnight at Lyon airport I would certainly stop here again. Handy for early morning flights as well as shuttle service runs regularly and can be arranged through reception.

Couldn’t have an easier or better location to the airport- walk just across the street. Very friendly and helpful staff, newly redone rooms, clean and modern. A bit businessy design but still nice. Good dinner with great service. Nice buffet breakfast and bar although not cheap. Would stay here again if needed for the airport.

i wanted to try this hotel because it was in / at the airport and it gave me the impression to be a bit different, fresh, funky. That is true, the rooms have a different look, are more inspired that your usual hotel, well equipped and maintained. but unfortunately that's where it stops. The rest is totally sub standard. It took more than 15 minutes to check in and then it wasn't over yet, because i had to go back once more in the queue because the room key didn't work. That day, the weather was hot, so the room was extremely hot because the airco wasn't functioning until i entered the room. It took over an hour of noisy max level airco to get the room to a decent temperature. There is a light below the bed that automatically switches on when there's movement - it is a great concept but unfortunately it detected something several times during the night as well, switched on automatically in the middle of the night, so that i woke up. All in all, the concept of the hotel might be great, but the basics for a hotel (i.e. a good night sleep) are not met due to the time lost at check in, the time need to get a correct temperature and the odd light switching on during the light. Finally, I mentioned these issues at check-out, i got a lot of generic apologies, they mentioned that they would look into the airco and took my name, but never reverted to me. Also, no attempt was made to make me feel better, eg by offering a coffee, breakfast or a face to face with the manager on duty. And if the staff doesn't offer that proactively, I'm not going to ask it. I will use the NH back again next time. A bit less fancy perhaps (but very solid correct quality) and at least i can be sure that i get what i come for: sleep when i arrive late night.
