This was our fourth visit to the Pavillon, and we will be back in the future. On the first occasion, we had a basic room, which was indeed pretty basic - a bed too small for our two large-ish bodies. We progressed to the second tier of bed on the second occasion - much better, and the food had improved too. The third and this time, we booked the best class of room (it costs only about £35 more), and each time had a wonderfully spacious and well-appointed room, with a small balcony and the splendid view over the river to Paris in the distance, On each of our latter visits, dinner has been superb - the pigeon in particular has been top class. Breakfasts somewhat more minimalist - but perhaps that is just because we were still feeling the effects of the previous night's excess. The hotel features quite often on Secret Escapes, and that makes it even more of a pleasure;, but Secret Escapes or not, it is a lovely hotel In which to stay - provided you are not in the basic room.

Location is excellent and quite. Hotel is OK and but a little bit outdated. The shower facility needs to be checked (leaking water). Breakfast is correct. The staff could be friendlier. Seems not motivated.

Very clean, modern, comfortable and appealing hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the service is great. You have there everything you need including a fridge and a small cooking corner. There is a nice gym and it is a stone throw from the tram station (T13). The place is very reasonably priced too. Walking to the center of town is around 10 minutes, but you have everything next to the hotel if you wish. There breakfast is nice but a bit pricy. Go to the boulangerie and have a great cake or sandwich. We loved the place.

We spent 3 quiet and cool nights here in the midst of a MAJOR heatwave and we were pleased with our stay. The room was quiet and cool. The staff were friendly; and the breakfast was just what we needed on our last day - THANK YOU! There were three of us staying in the room, which made it a bit tight, but as we were just there for sleeping and resting that was fine. While the bathroom is compact, we all liked the shower. It is a good one. The hotel is just one block from the main street in Saint German en Laye, so it is well located and easy to find.

If you are searching for a place to stay just outside of Paris look no further. The attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere of a forest enclosed hotel made our excursion for the 2024 Olympics absolutely amazing. Being able to escape the hustle and bustle of the Olympics while still being within striking distance of our next venue was a blessing for my kids 10 & 12 , Mom 84 and my wife and Me. We can not wait to return. The on site restaurant had a first class wine selection in addition to a menu that shifted with market availability and quality twice over the course of our week long stint making repeat meals an easy choice. Even if you can not spend the night try and stop in for a meal you will not regret it.

Petit déjeuner correct et chambre convenable qui correspond à la classe étoiles de l'hôtel. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de l'arrêt du bus 259 qui permet de se déplacer aisément quand on ne veut pas utiliser la voiture. Quel plaisir de découvrir PORT MARLY et sa promenade sur les quais de la SEINE jusqu'à SAINT GERMAIN EN LAYE! Un agréable séjour dans un établissement accueillant . Hôtel récent, propre avec une belle décoration. Les chambres sont correctes et bien insonorisées malgré la proximité de la VRU. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour , de la gentillesse et du professionnalisme de la jeune fille très souriante et sympathique responsable de l'accueil et du petit déjeuner.

Motel with basic rooms. If you are familiar with American Motels you know what this looks like: Two stories, with exterior access to every room, and an exterior stair case to the upper floor. Rooms are small, but come with a desk by the window and two small chairs. Bed is comfortable. A/C works great. It's kind of out of the way. It's a 20 min walk to the train station.

Coincidence is the spice of life! I happen to read a small write up on Elle magazine about this place, on the same day I was invited to do hike at the amazing forest at Saint- Germain-en-Laye, so I figure why not spend the night. This lovely Chateau does not disappoint, beautiful entry, easy ride from the train station and right by the forest. François was most welcoming and took us to the outstanding library while we waited for our room to get ready. They had a complimentary refreshments available which made us feel right at home. Ours was probably the entry level room, but is was fresh, modern and a decent size, with excellent bed and bedding, and luxurious robes provided for our stay. Bathroom was fresh and bright with great shower and deliciously soft towels. Dinner was very good, though dessert needs a little work. The breakfast buffet was lovely, and the Jura coffee machine was definitely a huge plus. Thank you for the special attention given, by I believe the chef. We loved the vibe and the excellent warm service given by the staff. I will most likely return.

On the first occasion, we had a basic room, which was indeed pretty basic - a bed too small for our two large-ish bodies. We progressed to the second tier of bed on the second occasion - much better, and the food had improved too. The third and this time, we booked the best class of room (it costs only about £35 more), and each time had a wonderfully spacious and well-appointed room, with a small balcony and the splendid view over the river to Paris in the distance, On each of our latter visits, dinner has been superb - the pigeon in particular has been top class. Breakfasts somewhat more minimalist - but perhaps that is just because we were still feeling the effects of the previous night's excess. The hotel features quite often on Secret Escapes, and that makes it even more of a pleasure;, but Secret Escapes or not, it is a lovely hotel In which to stay - provided you are not in the basic room.

Location is excellent and quite. Hotel is OK and but a little bit outdated. The shower facility needs to be checked (leaking water). Breakfast is correct. The staff could be friendlier. Seems not motivated.
