Bonjour, J'ai fait ce mail à la direction le 17 juillet. Sans nouvelles à ce jour (15/08). Je fait donc la bonne publicité comme il se doit, merci madame la directrice, vous voyez, moi je tiens parole.... J'ai passer une nuit dans votre hôtel en date du 16 juillet, pas la meilleure du monde. Malgré l'annonce de chambres insonorisées ce n'est vraiment pas le cas. Nous entendons les voisins de la chambre 110. Cela aurait pu être acceptable mais c'était sans compter sur les travaux réalisés dans votre établissement de 21h à presque minuit. Le déplacement des meubles de 21h à 22h ne m'a pas empêché de m'endormir (avec des bouchons d'oreilles tout de même), en revanche être réveillé à 23h10 par des coups de marteaux incessant est vraiment une expérience désagréable. Malgré mon appel téléphonique à la réception vers 23h25 ou l'on m'indique que cela va cesser de suite, cela à continué de longues minutes jusqu'à ce que je me retrouve dans le hall avec d'autres clients tout aussi excédé que moi face à votre employé. Vu la colère de chacun je pense qu'il était vraiment judicieux de mettre un terme à ces nuisances de suite. Pour ma part, je vais dans un hôtel pour y dormir, me reposer et ne pas entendre des nuisances sonores, surtout à cette heure tardive. Je vous demande un geste pour ce désagrément. Je déconseille cet hôtel. Déjà le réceptionniste est vraiment pas très sympathique. Ensuite on dit parking sécurisé mais en fait il y a même pas de portillon donc tout le monde peut rentrer. On nous annonce qu'il y a des vols de moto. Nous sommes arrivé à 18h. À 2h du matin on était déjà en train de nous en voler une. Heureusement nous avons surpris les voleurs! Que fait le vigile? On se le demande. Surtout qu'il y avait pas grand monde ce soir là. Bref très mauvaise expérience. Allez plutôt à l'hôtel IBIS à 2kms. Qui eux ont un vrai parking sécurisé et sont autrement plus aimable et moins cher en plus!

My previous experiences with Premiere Class have been mixed. The breakfast was usually quite unappetizing. So why am I even staying here? It's simple: the price is a bargain. The hotel is almost new and already quite chic. There is an elevator and a large parking lot. You can also sit outside. If you love steaks, there is a wide selection of restaurants (photo). The hotel is not on the A7 and is also out of the way. I wasn't so happy with the staff. I was charged double the tourist tax.

I have been very honest to be here 2 times and have read the comments, and I have chosen it only on the budget criterion. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and the room was very clean and very clean. J'ai diné au restaurant ce soir très agréable accueil, Titi une serveuse très sympathique... Une cuisine soignée et un plat du jour délicieux.. Merci Pierre pour cette assiette bien dressée et une sauce digne d'un grand chef .. A recommander..

We had stayed here once before, so when our first choice hotel near Grenoble baled on us with only three days’ notice, we needed something quickly for a two night stay near the Vercors, so this was an obvious choice. The weather was very hot, and we recalled that the aircon here was fabulous. That was still true, as was our recollection that the rooms are functional and a little small – just about OK for two nights, but nothing more. The hotel is also very well placed for motorway and main road connections, so that was a plus. Our main gripe was the food. Breakfast is a very good buffet but the evening meal has lost it’s a la carte option from our last visit and now offers a three course meal for around €30 with very limited choices for each course. On night one, we chose a salad starter which was OK and I moved on to pork, also OK, while my wife chose steak, which was very tough and verging on the inedible. We raised this with the waiter who informed us that we were unlucky and it must just be a problem with that particular slice as their meat was chosen to be the highest quality (and given the menu price it ought to be). To be fair we were asked if we wanted something else, but I had finished my main by now and my wife had salvaged enough from the steak to make the idea of her eating the pork (which she didn’t want) on her own not really desirable. Given the limited main course choices, we asked if the menu would change the next night and were reassured to hear that it would be completely different. It wasn’t. Only two out of nine things had changed and none of the mains had. We thought about going elsewhere but nowhere else is within a short walk (and we couldn’t be sure if it would be better). So we both had the pork. Meantime on the next table we noticed a guy hacking away at this steak without getting very far. He must have had an unlucky slice as well. So, the rooms are fine, the aircon is brilliant, breakfast is good and its conveniently placed. So follow my advice. Stay one night only and don’t choose steak.
