Not recommendable. Price/performance is not true. Interior defect. Personal rarely found. Problems with booking. Repair of the curtains by hotel using toilet paper. We had booked about Booking.com, we had booked a family room for 2 nights including breakfast at a price of about € 350. Shortly later the hotel calls and tells us the room would not be available, we should cancel and instead of a family room, book a premium double room and a superior single room for a price of 1x 179€ DZ and 1x 85€ EZ, I assured that the total price is then € 264, this was confirmed by the phone. I told the lady I liked to pay the price that was offered at Booking.com, and if the room that is marked there as available does not appear to be available in the hotel, I can't do anything for it. Unfortunately, the bad wake came out when check out, we paid sad €540. Even in the hotel was not so much out so it would have been understandable that the offered family room would have been available, children I didn't see either. Unfortunately it seems that over Booking.com is advertised and offered but when you book a person, something else is swept by phone. Do not feel soft and want us to have a refund, because unfortunately this price is not justified at all. Be very disappointed :( in the superior single room the light has flammed on the mirror and the light in the bathroom was not completely switched off. In the premium double room was forgotten to clean the separate toilet, The dirty towels under the washing venue have not been removed, we have not received a fresh towel on the toilet. But the worst thing is still coming - the darkness hang is not firmly fixed in the hang track, If you want to take this one, he will completely get off the rail and fall down - we then advertised and asked for improvement when we were back in the room the evening, The curtain was not completely dressed and was fitted with a piece of wc paper in the rail - in this price class is an absolute no go ! The premium double room was not completely dark, Because the hang tracks were unfavourablely mounted, unfortunately my husband could not sleep at brightness. We had not taken sleep masks, there was no in the hotel. I kept looking at hotel staff several times but unfortunately the reception was very rarely occupied, even at the hotel bar or restaurant I have found no one. The hotel is so beautiful and the location is great especially for those arriving by train. The rooms were named after a city and beautifully decorated according to the theme of that particular city. We stayed at the Provence room with a balcony overlooking the Inn river and the mountains. We loved the table with 2 movable benches in our room. We had our first dinner at the Hotel’s Restaurant and enjoyed the food there.

this is amazing hotel but lack basic essence of an hotel, first of all after evening no one is at reception or any other office so in cased of any emergency and specially if you are not local you are in serious trouble. i had serious fever and in the middle of night no one was available to give me hlep or guide me to go to hospital or pharmacy. secondly before i depart (from Manchester, UK) i rang them and ask if they have laundry service as well were attending dinner and need our suits to be iron and they confirm that they have , but upon inquiring we found they have no such service. although staff is great very helpful , only if they are available. the buffet breakfast was out of tea bags and i was told it will be there next day ?? i need tea and i need to wait 24 hours. rooms are very nice, comfy beds, shower room although tiny but good enough. very clean and tidy . perfect location.

Open the window to see the castle, the hotel's free parking is two blocks away, and the nearby is about 8 euros. After a night of staying, you can also renovate it in the center of the city.

I was here on business and was initially given Room 401. It is disgrace to even offer such a room at this 4star hotel. Luckily, the staff was friendly and accommodating to my room-switching request. I switched to 412 for my 2nd evening. The difference was like night & day. 401 was more or less a youth hostel room w/private bathroom. Anyone taller than my 160cm would not fit in the bed…no closet, no mirror (except a tiny one in the bathroom), no possibility of opening the window because it opened to a rooftop terrace, generally very dark, broken shower head….I could list much more but you get the picture. Thankfully 412 was a newer room with better standards but still no water cooker, tea, coffee, not even a pen or pad of paper. My apologies for the snobby review, but for single rooms starting at @120€/night (during low season) & claiming to be 4 star hotel, one has “gotta get with the program!” The 3 star review is for the accommodations, but the staff and the breakfast definitely both get 5 stars.
