The location is quite far from Bogor city center. it's clean, there are also culinary restaurants around it.. there are many swimming pools. 14 ha wide area.

We arrived almost at 2 pm, almost check-in time, but the room we ordered was not ready. The staff said that around 2.30 the room would be ready, but we were given the room key, we went around first. Around 3 in the afternoon, we finished looking around and wanted to put things in the room, it turned out the room was still messy from the previous guests! We informed security to inform the reception, because we were tired of having to walk again to the front of the reception to find out that the room was still a mess. Wait about 30 more minutes until the room is ready, I'm tired of waiting! In the afternoon towards evening, it rained heavily for a long time. We were stuck in the room, called the receptionist and sent WA to borrow an umbrella from the restaurant for dinner but there was no response and no one answered the phone. We left the room, saw a buggy walking in front of the room, and asked for help to take us to the restaurant because it was raining heavily, not drizzling, but heavy rain and lightning!!! The buggy driver said I had to buy a ticket first, wow, I didn't think about it, people, if I go to the ticket office my clothes will be very wet and why should I ride in the buggy! Even though the distance from the room to the restaurant is only about 60 meters, what a service!!! Arrived at the restaurant, ordered dinner but the waiter said it would take a long time for the food to come, and it really did take a long time! We ordered around ***5 and the food was delivered almost at 9! Almost all rides have to be paid extra, bits here and there will add up to your expenses if you go with a group of people! It wasn't a nice experience at all after all. Won't come back again and won't recommend to any of my family, friends and anyone.

To enter the hotel, it costs another 25 thousand per person and 20 thousand for a car..In my opinion the hotel rooms are just ordinary, even though the price is also quite expensive..There are lots of good photo spots but they also pay...the good thing about this hotel is that the food in the cafe is delicious and the prices It's still worth it, there's live music on weekend nights too

the facilities are lacking, plus the bathroom smells of urine. slippery floor when entering the room. You can get a room with a window facing the street so it's less comfortable. Not to mention, for motorbike riders who stay here, the distance between the parking lot and the room is quite far. Mayan makes the calves tight. there are no vehicle facilities for hotel guests. The children's swimming pool is dirty and not private, especially the adult swimming pool next to the restaurant. When people are swimming, they are watched by people who are eating. For tourism, it's okay, especially at night, there are lots of good views. but if you want to stay overnight, it's not worth it. just enough. Thank You.

Initial booking at the tent camp,, when entering the tent camp the room smelled musty, lots of mosquitoes, spiders and ants, also dirty, in the end we decided to upgrade to deluxe but it turned out that the deluxe room was also dirty, the sheets and pillowcases were dirty and yellow, the floor dirty, the bathroom is also dirty and smelly, don't recommend, at this price elsewhere we can get good and satisfying service.

This hotel is located in some sort of a huge area. They have ATV rides, flying fox, water park and bird park. The room is big enough with 2 double beds. The bathroom is also big. No bathtub but the shower works fine. But here comes the sad part, the cleanliness is poor, like really poor. When I checked in, the bed sheet has a chocolate crumbs on it. Really annoying for me, after driving and arriving late with 2 sleeping toddler this was not what I want. Then late at night I decide to eat this instant cup noodles, throw the cup in the trash bin and found my trash bin FULL OF ANTS. L.I.T.E.R.A.L.L.Y The food is acceptable. I'm too tired to argue and decide to tell the reception upon check out. She apologized but then..too bad they could've done better. PS The location is far from convenience store so, bring snacks and drinks.
