clean room , easy and smooth to check in and out.Near walking distance amenties .Will book again

A lovely motel within a short driving distance to the city centre. There is a small shop (at petrol station) across the road, with restaurants and a range of shops within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly! The actual room was brilliant. Clean sheets and towels every day, with a very nice bathroom and hot water throughout the day. Highly recommended!

Will definitely stay longer if I have the chance! The room was super super big and spacious. The only problem was we have to carry luggage up the stairs. Everything was super good, clean and comfortable

Check-in was a brisk. The place was clean and quiet. Excellent location with many eateries and a supermarket in the vicinity. We enjoyed our stay.

This is our second time staying in Carnmore and it was an unplanned trip, we even booked another night and they graciously gave us the same room. Even given us additional coffee because we’ve been in and out of CHC ED. Will definitely stay again! Amazing accommodation and amazing staff!!

Told I had a unit with one bed at check in. My booking said quite clearly “King & single”. 3x visits to front desk. Was told it was Trip.com who made the mistake. Was told I would need to pay more for upgrade to King & single. Showed proof of the booking on iPhone & eventually they offered to change me the next day as they were booked out. Cleaning: dishes left dirty in sink. Towels not refreshed. Dust/dirt around shower area. Exterior lights out. Light near my unit was out. My unit was tucked away in a back corner & it was dark. Asked for it to be changed for security. Was not done. The only had 2x coat hangers in the unit. ***? The TVs in the lounge of both units were very difficult to use. The first may have needed new batteries in the remote. The TVs in the bedrooms are a totally different set up & very easy to use. Very loud road noise at night. Had to keep toilet door shut to try to minimize sound through that window. Won’t stay there again.

The room was smells very stinky. We were very disappointed because the bathroom is not so clean. We bought a air freshener to make the room deodorized. We will not book here anymore.
