The room is a bit small but i understand bc we’re in Japan. The hotel so convenient. Have some shops around. Not far from subway🌇

Overall the stay was good, breakfast was good. Room we chose is spacious enough for us to fit 3 big luggages and pack. Location is near Inaricho station or 10 min walk to Ueno station. What I don’t like about the hotel is the entrance and lobby are all staircase, I think this should be fixed in due time for a hotel to have a ramp for luggages easy access than have everyone carry them up and down 2 flight of steps.

As the hotel has some issue with their air-con, it was terrible for us. I woke up sweating :”) Apparantly, we booked an eco-stay(?) so there’s no cleaning service for us, but they did give us new towels so that’s good. Overall exp was ok. Hotel is clean and the service was good

Around 10-15mins walk from JR station. Easier to walk along the main road. It was raining when we arrived and the train station staff kindly advised us to walk underground and later come up to main road. It was a maze and we were lost. Walking distance to street walk.

The hotel quite small but they got the best service so far. They even got bathtub. The location was 2 minutes walk from Inaricho train station and 7 minutes walk from Ueno JR train station. Plenty of groceries shop as well.

Around 10 mins walk from Ueno Station. No Ramp , Only Staircase in the Entrance of the Hotel which is not heavy luggage friendly. Very Difficult to Open the Window. the Ventilation of Bathroom is bad which makes us feel dizzy after bath.

Stayed one more night because of typhoon. Had to move to another room because the hotel was fully booked. Room was a bit small.

The room was small but comfortable, but the WiFi connection only worked in the lobby on the 1/F but not in the room on the 2/F. The coin laundry was also absent from this building - you had to go to another hotel building of the same hotel brand nearby to wash your clothes. If you take the JR train, you'd also be expected to walk some distance before you could get to the hotel. An economic choice, but not very ideal for extended stays if you need to wash your clothes frequently and gain stable access to the Internet.

Not that close from train station, if with kids and luggage stay closer. I’d just adults then ok no issues

Okay place. The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk from the station. Expect no special amenities, rooms are very small and can feel cramped with two people only. Breakfast is limited to a selection of a few western style toast sandwiches and three Japanese bento boxes that need to be purchased separately and ordered a day in advance. Apart from it, it provides only one single type of coffee (americano style) and 4 juices. Nothing more. You get what you pay for.
