Quest on Manchester Serviced Apartments Reviews

Quest has a reputation of home away from home set up everything you need is there. I like the washer n dryer, and  dishwater too. Walking distance to every attraction, we especially skipped the car hire for our stay.  Staffs are also very friendly and giving good reminders to make our stay even easier, will stay again.

Great location that is central to most of the attractions in Christchurch. Reception staff is professional and friendly too. The kitchen is also fully equipped with the necessary for cooking. However, just one down side. There’s no housekeeping or anyone from the hotel side that is contactable after reception closes. May not be too ideal in case you require any assistance after reception hours (which closes quite early, especially on weekends).

Beautiful brand new sparkling clean appartments with everything you need. Location only 10 minutes from centre. Parking on site or near but is extra fee. Has kitchen, washer, dryer and comfortable beds. Bins emptied and beds made each day.

You have everything inside the room and the room is very spacious clean. The shower pressure is strong, which I liked the most about this room! The view from the room wasn’t really nice but overall I really enjoyed staying here. I would love to come back if I have a chance 😃

A decent serviced apartment. Not bad for a short stay. Walk to the city center to check in. The walking street is about ten minutes away. Very convenient. Quiet place. There are many restaurants around.

Within a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal, the road surface along the way is smooth, making it easy to carry luggage. There are three large supermarkets nearby. The hotel room has a kitchen, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that there is no staff to check in after 4:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. You need to press the door intercom to remotely control the staff, who will give instructions on how to collect your room card. However, it is recommended to email the staff in advance to facilitate arrangements.

The room was very good, but there was an Asian woman at the front desk who racially discriminated against us. She treated us very badly after seeing us. I didn't expect that the first time I encountered discrimination was by an Asian.

The service from the hotel staff was very good and they also provided a solution because we forgot to reserve a parking space in advance. There is a supermarket near the hotel, and the room also has a washing machine and dryer.

The room is great, with a kitchen, and right in the city center, very convenient for shopping and dining. The only inconvenience is that the reception closes too early, so you can't check in after that time, and the arrival time requirement is quite high.

I highly recommend staying in this hotel when you come to Queenstown. The room is really big and comfortable! It is also very convenient to walk to the Queenstown Lake. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk there. It is very convenient to go anywhere and the price/performance ratio is also good.

The room check-in experience was okay, but the Chinese front desk was terrible
