We reached there late as our flight only landed about 7ish at night. Entire place was dark and we had difficulty finding it. Staff on duty was inexperienced and toon quite a while to check in

We had a very nice stay in this traditional style hotel. The staff was very kind and helped with all matters. Location recommended if you want to visit the golden Buddha mountain, just 15 min by car from this hotel. We would definitely come back :)

So pretty but unfortunately they have no chairs next to the pool so you can’t really enjoy it there or you are not swimming, such a pitty

1. When booking, because the search excluded homestays, I didn't notice that the hotel's room types include homestays operated by the hotel. Three people booked two rooms with two bedrooms and one living room for two nights. If the subsequent problems are attributed to the different services of homestays, there is really nothing to say. 2. Parking: The hotel lobby is about 30 meters away from the roadside, and the gravel road is paved in the middle of the corridor. If you stay in the hotel, you can only park in the underground garage, which is inconvenient to take luggage. B&Bs can park downstairs. 3. Room hygiene: Two problems were reported on the day of check-in. There were more than one kind of bugs on the sheets, and there was a pool of yellow dirt on the quilt core. The solution proposed by the hotel was to change rooms. Considering that it is normal to have bugs in the mountains, the four-layer quilt is very damp, and I hope to have two rooms together, but the hotel can only provide two rooms on the second floor of another building, or one room on the third floor, so I did not agree to change rooms and asked for three new sheets and quilt covers. When changing, I found that the original sheets were dirty and damaged. 4. Room maintenance: When taking a shower on the second night, a whole piece of ceiling wall fell off. The hotel proposed to change rooms. Because I didn't agree to it for the previous reason, I proposed to make up for it by talking about fruits during dinner at the hotel. The hotel replied that the strawberry season was over and the blueberry season was not. Later, I proposed to give two souvenirs when I checked out. 5. The reason why I wrote so many words - the skin of the sweet potatoes in the two souvenirs was rotten.

This is the second time I have been here. Every time I go to Jinfoshan, I like to stay in this hotel. The swimming pool was not repaired last time I came. Now you can go swimming! The Suzhou garden-style architecture is very distinctive, and the internal and external environment is as good as ever. The number of black swans has also increased from two to four. The altitude is slightly higher than the main city, so the temperature is a few degrees lower. I checked in on May 1st. I wore short sleeves in the main city, but it was a bit cold in the morning and evening in the hotel and I had to wear a coat. What I am satisfied with in the room is that there is a capsule coffee machine and an electronic toilet. The villa area where we live is actually together with the ordinary room type, but we live upstairs. The room is a suite. The inconvenience is that there is no elevator upstairs, and we can only climb a section of stairs. But the room is really very quiet, with many windows, bright and ventilated. You can hear the wind and birds singing in the room every day. What we like most is that there is a small forest near the hotel. The air is very good and comfortable when you take a walk in the morning and evening. This hotel has a large vegetable field at the foot of the mountain, so the vegetables for breakfast are very fresh. In the past, the hotel would take the guests to the vegetable field to pick vegetables for fun every day, and there were horses there. This time, these items are no longer available. But when each guest leaves the hotel, the hotel will give the guest a large bag of fresh vegetables picked early in the morning. The dishes are fresh and good. The leeks are purple-rooted and very tender. Because there are so many, I use them to make dumplings. The whole family likes to eat them. Their leeks don’t burn your heart. They are great! The hotel has swans and many koi, which is also fun for children to feed! There are many advantages. Let’s talk about the disadvantages. The biggest problem of the hotel now is that the service can’t keep up. When I checked in in 21, the butler service was particularly good. He would take the initiative to contact and tell you the characteristics of the hotel and what you can eat and play. Now the so-called butler service, it takes a long time to reply to the message when telling the butler about something, which makes people feel that it is better to deal with it yourself than to call the butler. And the front desk and the butler do not introduce the characteristics of the hotel. There is also drinking water in the room, which is all small bottles of water. For those of us who want to make tea and coffee, it is not enough. If you want water, you can only give 4 more small bottles, and you have to pay for more. Fortunately, there is a supermarket a few steps up from the hotel, so it is convenient to buy water. Can't your hotel replace the small bottles of water with regular large bottles? The room cleaning is also very sloppy. The coffee stains on the wall of the coffee cups I drank the day before are still there, and they are not washed. There is no floor towel in the bathroom. The small refrigerator is not plugged in, which caused the things I refrigerated the day before to break when I took them out the next day, and then I found out that it was not plugged in! There is also the hotel's book bar, which is actually a very bright spot, but the variety of books is less than that of 21 years. There is a public toilet next to the book bar, which is so smelly that it can be smelled several meters away. In fact, there are not many guests in the hotel, and even fewer people go there to use the toilet. It is so smelly that it is obvious that no one cleans it. The hotel is a resort based on its area, layout and charges, not an ordinary hotel. How can it be so dirty? ! We hope that the hotel will improve these minor shortcomings, especially when we don’t have any special service requirements, we feel that the service quality has declined too much!

The hotel gave me a feeling of home, the service was very thoughtful, I added WeChat when I arrived at the hotel, and I could contact the housekeeper directly through WeChat if I needed anything. After checking in, I drove 15 minutes to Tianxing Town for dinner; the work team had a high sense of service, the hygiene was very good, and rest, study, entertainment, and dining were all available. The staff member Xiao Peng was very considerate, and gave me a bag of vegetables they grew themselves when I left the hotel. There was a hiking trail next to it, and I walked a lot because I hadn't exercised for too long, but it was very good. Next time I come to Jinfoshan, I will choose Liangyu International Resort Hotel.

The hotel service is good. When they saw our two children, they immediately sent children's slippers and toiletries. I like Xiao Chen. The environment is very good. I will come again next time.

The room is inside the mountain, and is recommended for tourists who drive to Jinfo Mountain. It is an exclusive mountain villa with nice scenery and quietness. There is a mountain view outside the window, and there is a popular swimming pool. The weather on May Day is still a bit cool, and summer flowers should be very suitable for summer heat relief.

This stay in the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and warm, with good sound insulation. The hotel staff were very warm and thoughtful, especially Xiao Peng at the front desk, who had an excellent service attitude and answered various questions enthusiastically and patiently. I will choose this hotel next time.
