The hotel staff service attitude is par excellence and I would like to mention in particular Yue Ran and Xiao Wang who exceptionally helpful. We arrived very early at 3.00 am and had booked a room to share for the 4 hours before we set off for a tour. She suggested they allow us an early check in and instead of for going our payment for the room we booked and paid they will provide daily breakfast for all 4 pax for our 3 night stay in lieu. We appreciated their flexibility. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stay in Chongqing

Great value. A little tricky to find: down side streets

The hotel is right in the city center. The rooms are clean and tidy without any odor. There is a free gym and laundry room on the fifth floor. The air conditioning is very powerful. There is hot tea when you check in and warm water when you check out. The service at the front desk is very good!

As soon as I entered the room of this store, I knew that I had made the right choice. I couldn’t find even a strand of hair in the corners. The most important thing is the bedding. The quilt is fragrant and soft, and it smells like a good detergent. It feels like the quilt at home~ The room is also well-lit and ventilated. It is bright when the curtains are opened. Pay attention! ! There is no odor in the toilet! ! ! Not at all! ! There are disposable eye masks and alcohol cotton pads, as well as earplugs (good news for people with sensitive sleep, and sound insulation is also OK. At least I didn't feel noisy during the two days I stayed there, and I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. (I mainly care about hygiene, hehe) The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and gentle. Miss Mini at the front desk is very helpful~ She is always responsive, and there is also laundry service. Basically, all the services you can get are available. I am very satisfied!
