Great and friendly staff and a beautiful location by everything and the water.

I almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.

The hotel is located right by the lake, and the location is very good. Although the name is a hotel, it is actually more like a motel. The decoration design is young and colorful, and it is quite fashionable.

A very cost-effective chain hotel, a one-night transit hotel during the journey, similar to the Hanting standard in China. The room is not big but has a sofa bed, suitable for family stays.

There is a rocking chair outside the room. It feels very comfortable to sit outside and relax. The hotel has some beautiful decorations. The location is also very good, right by the lake. You can go for a walk by the lake in three minutes' walk. The street next to it is full of restaurants and bars, which is very convenient.
