I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room I was given was completely different from the photos shown online—it was very old, small, smelly and in poor condition. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. When I brought this up with the staff, they admitted that the photos were fake. I requested an upgrade to a better room, only to find out that the price I initially paid was almost the same as the better room’s rate. This suggests they overcharged me in the first place. Overall, it felt like a scam. Please do not book this hotel!!! I wonder where those good reviews come from🙃🙃

Location but toilet is not clean

I arrived at the airport at almost 2-3 a.m. and I needed a place to rest for a few hours. So, I found this hotel with the cheapest price. It was very affordable and looking good in light of the cost I spent. However, although it was non-smoking room, I smelled something bad, and there was no ventilation system and windows. (There was window, but its back was just painted wall that is closed) Staff was kind who were willing to help us. There was airport pick up / drop off service, but I didn’t use it. Overall, with this price, it was pretty nice hotel.

Booking through Trip.com was straightforward. The hotel was very affordable and included a simple breakfast with items like steamed Chinese buns, soup, vegetables, dumplings, fried rice, and boiled eggs. They also offer a 24-hour free airport shuttle van that comfortably accommodates a family of six with three large suitcases and two small ones. The main issue we faced was the difficulty of contacting them from the airport without a Chinese phone number. It's recommended to add the hotel's contact on WeChat at (+86)13368055250 before your trip. During check-in, all guests had to register their passports. We only stayed briefly before moving to the next hotel, which is closer to the famous shopping area in Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. The room was spacious and worth the price. There are markets nearby where you can easily get fresh fruits from locals within walking distance. It would also be beneficial if they could fix the toilet’s drainage because the water drains slowly after a shower. The receptionist was kind and helped us contact Mr. Jiang. Despite arriving late at 2:30 am, we were fortunate to meet Mr. Jiang, who assisted us in contacting the hotel for their free airport shuttle service. We saved Mr. Jiang's number (+86)15002332632 and asked him to pick us up and take us to a different hotel in Chongqing. We also arranged for a one-day city tour with his comfortable Mercedes van, which can accommodate 10 people. Mr. Jiang took us to many must-visit places in Chongqing. Please note that he primarily speaks Chinese. He was very helpful in finding a store that could help us obtain a Chinese phone number using our passport, as not all stores are able to register passports; usually, they can only register Chinese citizen ID cards. If possible, it's recommended to register a mobile phone number at the airport. We had to visit several stores until the sixth one finally registered a new China phone number using our passport.

This is great local hotel, good authentic area with nice restaurants and shops, true Chinese experience, I highly recommend this place, international guest friendly

Tv not working, very noisy can hear next door maybe playing mahjong, shower no hot water. I saw a cockroach .

The room’s wall is thin .I could hear the kettle of boiling water .and I could hear people talking and they were so loud and noisy ,also you could hear people walking at corrider . But the location is good if you have a flight .
