The hotel's location is really great. Jiefangbei is just a few steps away. The surrounding facilities are also very complete, and the housekeeper is always online. The room is clean and tidy, and the layout is warm. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. Smart devices are very considerate, and lights and curtains can be easily controlled. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of good quality. The stay was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The service is excellent, and every request is met. It really feels like being at home. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one!

My husband and I were traveling with friends this time. I made an appointment with my family to travel here. The hotel we booked is located near the Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was at home. During our stay, at about 12:30 a.m. on one of the days, a fire broke out in the neighboring residential building, which burned several buildings in succession. The hotel happened to be right next to the fire scene. Although the hotel building itself was not on fire, the hotel was downwind and thick smoke kept rushing into the hotel, making it impossible to stay in the room. The smell was very pungent and we were worried that the fire would spread to the hotel. So at 3:03 we informed the hotel staff that we had temporarily evacuated the room at 12:30. The hotel staff did not show any concern or ask if we needed any assistance. It seemed that the lives and inconveniences of the guests had nothing to do with the hotel. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel and the roadside at the entrance were crowded with people. As they watched the fire from the houses next to them spread towards the hotel one by one, they were too scared to go upstairs, fearing that they would not be able to go downstairs if the hotel was on a very high floor. They waited until after four in the morning when the fire was still very big. Even the houses at the edge were on fire. The wind was still blowing towards the hotel. They waited outside all night, feeling cold and tired, but no hotel or property staff came to show concern or help arrange other shelters. Finally, at almost five o'clock, they were so tired that they asked other hotels that happened to have vacancies to arrange temporary accommodation for a few hours. The 12/30 trip was completely cancelled. When we entered the hotel at noon on 12/30, the whole room was filled with a strong smell of smoke. We asked the hotel staff to help us change the sheets. We thought we only had one night left before we had to take a flight, so we stayed another night on 12/31. Later, I reported this to the hotel, hoping that they would be sincere in refunding the room rate for 12/30 or subsidizing the cost of finding temporary accommodation, but the hotel procrastinated and ignored me, showing no sincerity at all in dealing with the matter.

The environment is average, the hygiene is acceptable. I thought there would be kitchenware, but there was only a stove and no cooking utensils. Later I asked the front desk for a pot and a spatula, and then I wanted to ask, if there is only a kitchen but no cooking utensils and no breakfast, what is the point of having a kitchen? There are only two sets of bedding for two large beds, but they can accommodate 4 people. It is recommended to configure the bedding according to the number of people staying.

He also sent me the navigation and positioning of all attractions one by one. He also gave me a detailed order of visits and the best time. It was great. I originally wanted to find a tour guide. , after being introduced by the housekeeper, I directly saved several hundred tour guide fees. I also got discounted ferry tickets, and I wasn’t ripped off by scalpers, which was great. The location of the B&B is also very good, it is in the city center and surrounded by many shops, restaurants and attractions.
