Clean room, modern design. Free warm milk at night. Responsive service from staff. Shower pressure is good. Downside is toilet bowl can be very cold when you first sit down. They offer free fruits in the room.

Cleanliness is okay for the most part, one of the tables in our room had some crumbs that did not get cleaned. Probably the only hotel I’ve stayed in China so far that does not smell of cigarettes. Location is about 3km away from the visitor center and it’s hard to find taxis in this area. Front desk ervice is friendly and responsive. Breakfast is pretty terrible as most of the food was precooked and cold.

Room is well laid out & spacious. Room is clean. Beds are comfortable. Complimentary fruits are a nice touch. Staff are professional & friendly. Hotel is new. Highly recommended.

We booked this hotel within 5 minutes and hadn't done much research prior, but we were so glad we came here. The level of the hotel is similar to that of other hotels in Shanghai or other large cities, and it has been a surprise to see such outstanding facilities. The room was large, the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and Jessica at the front desk was invaluable. Please add some signs by the elevator asking people to be quiet, as many are very loud past 10 pm in the hallways. Ask reception for help getting a car/Didi, as few cars will pick people up. The breakfast was great and had many options. If you are visiting the Wulong area, this would be the best place to stay.

The hotel is very new clean and modern. The room is very cozy and spacious. The staffs are also very friendly, helpful and considerate. My family and I are very enjoy during our stay in this hotel and would recommend to our friends and colleagues.

Front desk Lian Yan was very helpful. But hopefully the gym and playing area can be opened throughout the day. Breakfast could be much better.

Xiao Yang is the best receptionist. She gave us warm welcome and tried her best to explain everything and kindly helped us get a taxi from the hotel to the visitor center.

Short of staff, just 2 at front desk with such a big hotel. I believed my order includes a free arcade voucher but was not given. Front desk staff didn’t explain much and issue key. The level 2 arcade centre includes sauna but is not open full day and no staff at service desk outside the health centre. When the staff manning the arcade centre noticed I was in sauna, came in and ask for my room number and was very rude asking me where I got the towel and the entire facilities are not ready for hotel guest use and yet her rude response was so turned off and I just didn’t want to stay to wait for hrs sauna room to be heated up.. waste of time. The hotel is already outskirts so technically these facilities are there to serve in hotel guests . The hotel was newly opened but the customer experience deserves more attention and improvement. No serving staff smiled to welcome guests. The morning breakfast staff also don’t greet and often not at their desks.. just ask for room number and all free seating.. even if winter off peak the service level is off the mark.

We apologize that our front desk staff did not inform you, and we have immediately started training.We apologize for the unpleasant experience caused by the facilities on the second floor where the game hall and sauna are located. The sauna facilities included in the game hall are available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and it is completely unacceptable for the staff to inquire about your room number and behave rudely in the sauna room. We have provided serious criticism and education to the staff involved, while strengthening their service awareness training to ensure that such situations do not occur again. We are well aware that the comfort experience of our guests is the core of hotel service, and such behavior goes against our service philosophy.We have recorded the situation that the hotel service staff did not smile to reet guests, and the breakfast staff did not greet and were often absent from their posts. Please believe that this is not our service level. We will strengthen employee service attitude training and provide warm and thoughtful service from the moment guests step into the hotel. Whether in the off-season or peak season, we should maintain a high level of service quality, which is the direction we strive to improve.Thank you again for pointing out the issues with our hotel. Excellent service. Special thanks to Jessica and Stephanie. They were both extremely professional, pro-active to anticipate our needs and extremely helpful (eg transportation to airport, food delivery), especially as we do not speak mandarin. In addition, always smiling. Inside decoration very warm, beautiful and modern.

Hotel is new so it’s good. But the lobby, gym, and other facilities doesn’t turn on AC and feels so humid. The room is nice though, feels cool and clean. Location is good. Probably the best hotel you can find in wulong area.

All of us had a wonderful stay at this hotel, from helpful check-in to the warmest hospitality from the restaurant. This is our first trip to Sichuan Region and we have stayed at a few five stars hotel. This hotel definitely met our standard, if not exceeded.
