Really convenient coz bus stop in front of the hotel. Airport transfer also punctual. They also give us garment

Front desk was friendly & helpful. Didn't explore facilities much as it was just for the night & checked in late as well. Location was convenient, just a 10 min bus ride from Chitose station stopping directly outside hotel premises. Breakfast buffet spread was good and food was wonderful for the price, stats very early too. The staff in the restaurant was also good & welcoming. All in all a great stay and looking forward to stay again & explore more.

I have stayed here every time I came to Hokkaido. It is closed to airport with free buss transfer. Room is small. Onsen is probably not real Onsen but that’s not important. Free bicycle rental and convenience cover every thing. Friendly staff and closed to restaurants. Highly recommended

Cleanliness were fine although a bit old hotspring is small location is good for airport transfer but regarding service I'm not very satisfying because of the bus the shuttle bus to airport issue only allow 4 pax to be on the same time if you are under same booking name or if they realise or know you know each other omg is ridicul Huous as we are 7 pax so ended up so pity and did alot of thing to be on the same time so kindly change this werid rules

It is quite convenient as the hotel is near new chitose airport. The hotel also provides free bus services to airport which makes it even more convenient for us

A Transit hotel so it is convenient for taking flight back, there is a nice restaurant nearby, it is pity we didn’t have time to walk in the large public garden behind the hotel.

It’s surprisingly pleasant if you are heading to airport very early next morning. Free coffee and tea at the lobby . Can even ride bicycle around for free. Airport transfer available till 11:10 in the morning and in the evening . Ramen speciality shop 200 meters across the road.

Breakfast is very good…

Carpet on floor in front of door is wet. Maybe have a some water leaking. Overall stay is good. I like it to repeat come again

It is very expensive hotel and no parking space when we arrive and they very difficult to find parking and the room is so so

Hotel was a short drive from the airport. The shuttle bus to hotel at one hour intervals with a slight delay. Breakfast was mediocre.
