Very Good

The cleanliness and service are very good. The hotel is located a little far from the city center, so you will need to take a bus to go sightseeing. There are supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel, so you can spend the day there.

It was a little far from the city center, but the beds were clean and they spoke English.

The hotel is fine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was quiet at night. But... I did give it only 3 stars why? Well, its the little things that make a hotel stay pleasant, and all during my stay i encountered the things that made me go, duh.. not good. First we arrived late at night, we got our room on the fifth floor, only... the elevator didnt work, so how am i supposed to get to my room without a lift... carring the luggage 5 floors was unfun. And then the little things: 1. The water pressure is low, so taking a shower takes a while. Even the toilet takes 5 mins to refill. 2. The lights, in the elevator are dark blue, so you cant really see what floor you are pressing. 3. The lights again, on each floor the lights turn off if there is no movment, but its really quick, so me fumbling for the key 3 secs means i now search for the key in the dark or dance a bit so lights will come back on. 4. The trash can, well its there but the step lever doesn't work so you have to open it with your hand. There were a few more little but annoying things so if you don't mind a bit of the small things, the hotel is cheap and clean.

I was in Chisinau on personal business. I stayed at the Aria Hotel. There were cockroaches in the hotel room. There was no light coverlet for the summer, only a warm blanket. The water pressure was too weak. Check-in is after three, check-out is before twelve. Very inconvenient if you arrive in the morning.

We stayed at Hotel Aria at the end of August and I have to say that it was the most uncomfortable stay we have had. We have been offered a twin room, super small although we initially reserved a large room, and the worst of all was not this but that the beds had two mattresses one on top of the other that just by lying on the bed they moved, the clothes bed (sheets and everything)/made of synthetic material and more to add that on the street it was 39 degrees and without air conditioning, according to them it had broken down, as a substitute there was a fan that made a lot of noise and the only thing it did was remove the air that was inside the room itself. With all this, my baby cried all night and we didn't sleep a wink. It was impossible to sleep with 39 degrees and no air conditioning. The television remote wasn't from that room either, so we couldn't see it either. The water was coming out of the shower through the bottom of the tray without you being able to do anything to stop it so that the bathroom inevitably ended up turning into a pool. The refrigerator and minibar in the room were conspicuous by their absence, which is something inconceivable for a four-star hotel, especially when the street was 39 degrees and you couldn't cool any drinks. The breakfast they offer you is also nothing out of this world and there is also no one to watch over the room, so when the products run out you are left without being able to eat, not to mention that all the tables are left unoccupied by previous diners. . There is a noticeable shortage of staff to serve the public, at reception you have to wait to be served because they are also dedicated to serving the tables that are for food service. There are periods when you are at reception without anyone there to assist you.

It's the month of August, and the air conditioning doesn't work in the entire hotel, even though they promised to fix it. The room is unbearably hot. With the windows open, the temperature is +/- normal only in the morning. But the street noise and air conditioning from the sushi bar under the hotel interfere. During the week of stay, cleaning was never carried out, only the trash was taken out and towels were changed. Instead of 2 sets of towels, only a set was left once. As for food, the availability of the assortment on the menu varies greatly. Breakfast is from 8 to 10, if you arrive at half past 9, then everything is already empty and replenishing containers takes a very long time. Refrigerators are not in all rooms, if you can even call it a refrigerator.
