honestly, very disappointed. yes actual service, hotel, and location was not bad. but what is destination fee? Who are trying to book this hotel please check the destination fee is not included. don't be fooled. Do not think the price on the trip.com is actual price.!!! DO NOT THINK THIS IS THE ACTUAL PRICE!

Nice Hotel, cozy and well located. I just thought it was strange that they charge $23 dollars. Can’t it just be added to the total price?

The service was very friendly and prompt. The doorman was very welcoming and helpful. We had a small view of the lake that was very nice. Excellent downtown location. We had our son with us so the room was small but very clean and shower was great.

The hotel charges extra fees on late checkout. The rooms are smaller than advertised.

Although its facilities cannot be compared with those of newly built modern hotels, its facilities are enough to be compared with four-star and five-star hotels. The sanitation is very clean and tidy (especially the bathroom is very good), the hotel is very soundproof, the service is very polite and thoughtful, and the management and safety are very good. Overall, compared with hotels in the same area, this price is already worth it
