honestly, very disappointed. yes actual service, hotel, and location was not bad. but what is destination fee? Who are trying to book this hotel please check the destination fee is not included. don't be fooled. Do not think the price on the trip.com is actual price.!!! DO NOT THINK THIS IS THE ACTUAL PRICE!

Nice Hotel, cozy and well located. I just thought it was strange that they charge $23 dollars. Can’t it just be added to the total price?

The service was very friendly and prompt. The doorman was very welcoming and helpful. We had a small view of the lake that was very nice. Excellent downtown location. We had our son with us so the room was small but very clean and shower was great.

The hotel charges extra fees on late checkout. The rooms are smaller than advertised.

The Millennium Hotel is located in the upscale shopping district of Michigan Avenue. Downstairs is the LV flagship store, and across from it is the luxury street of Oak Street. There are also many delicious foods around it. The transportation is very convenient. The subway red line is nearby, and there are many bus stops around. It is a very cost-effective hotel in the upscale area. Although its facilities cannot be compared with those of newly built modern hotels, its facilities are enough to be compared with four-star and five-star hotels. The sanitation is very clean and tidy (especially the bathroom is very good), the hotel is very soundproof, the service is very polite and thoughtful, and the management and safety are very good. Overall, compared with hotels in the same area, this price is already worth it

There was nothing wrong with the hotel accommodation experience, but two days after leaving the hotel, I found that the hotel automatically charged 139USD through my credit card, and there was no bill. Ctrip overseas is still very helpful and attentive. I remember that many years ago in Australia, I also asked Ctrip overseas customer service to help me solve the air ticket problem. But the hotel service sucks!
