Friday we got there got to check in early which was great we was on the 8th floor view was great I out the air at 65F bout two clock after hours being gone at 6 clock the room was hot I called down the first desk no problem I’ll have mateinice come right up two hours later nothing I called back down and talk to someone else they insure me that someone will be up an hour I called down and said since no one is coming can I get extra blankets so I can sleep on the floor 450 for a night and they brought the blankets up in no time, very not happy

Had a great experience and service with them. Accommodating staff and crew! Until next Chicago trip.

Very clean, new look and a good choice for Chicago as the price was reasonable. Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well. Really no complaints.

The room is a bit old. Other services are very good.

The location is great, right by the river, with the Corncob Building and Trump Tower on the opposite bank. It's nice to walk along the sunken river bank. The room was very clean. The mattress is very comfortable.

The location is perfect, very close to the subway station, and it is also very convenient to go to the river to take a sightseeing cruise. The house is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable, very satisfied. It's just a pity that there is no free Wi-Fi.

The location is very good, surrounded by business districts and subways. Breakfast is also available, very good. I will continue to travel here next year. The room should be as high as possible, otherwise it will be very noisy at night.
