A great hotel location. Very near to magnificent mile and all other attraction like the dusable bridge & the bean. Very accessible to public transportation highly recommended. The free breakfast was great and the staff was awesome.

The room was TINY. It only fit a queen bed and a desk. Breakfast was good.

Good location but not at all value for money. Was given a room without a fridge and any table/flat surface. Housekeeping never arrived despite of front desk assurance. Reason given “we were full”. Very basic breakfast. Was charged ‘Holiday Inn Express’ rates but not up to the standards for sure.

The hotel is in a very good location and has a very high cost performance ratio. It is opposite Trader Joe's. Shopping is very convenient. It is about 7-8 minutes' walk from the Trump Building and less than 20 minutes' walk from Millennium Park, which is more than 1 km away. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk from Millennium Park to Lake Michigan, which is very pleasant. The hotel front desk staff is very nice. We arrived at around 10 am and stored our luggage for free. We wanted to check in at around 2 pm. The attitude was very good, but there was no room available at the moment. We were asked to wait for 25 minutes. Later, when it was not 25 minutes, we went to find out that we already had a room. The facilities are average, but it is still quite clean.

The hotel is located in the center of Chicago, 25 kilometers from the airport.

The room is not big, but the hygiene is OK. The air conditioner is a bit noisy but it doesn't affect sleep (it may affect people with poor sleep). The breakfast is relatively good, with coffee and hot water. The surrounding environment is very good. There is an Uncle ** supermarket opposite, and the world's largest Starbucks is five minutes away. There are many historical buildings around, close to Chicago State University, and Michigan Avenue is not far away. This area is a relatively safe place in Chicago.

I didn't expect much and arrived late, so I only stayed for one night, so I booked the place based on the price and location, but I was so, so satisfied. The shower room and bedroom were spacious, and the TV supported YouTube, so I was sad to stay for only one night. The shuttle dropped me off at a location that was close to CTA, so I could easily catch the CTA from the hotel!

It was a great hotel in terms of both facilities and location. I will definitely use it again the next time I go to Chicago.
