very good location, red line is literally right outside the door. good view too, $3 water conveniently in room. can be loud with emergency vehicles passing

Horrible. Room was not clean. Shampoo and Bodywash bottles empty when I arrived. Parking costs more than the room. I checked out early because of the issues and told I would receive a refund for the days I did not stay later to be told that no modifications can be made and charged me for all the days anyway. Location is great but besides that there is no good reason to ever stay at this hotel.

Great price point! Traveled last minute with my daughter for a college visit. Room was fine except for the fan/ heating unit kept making a loud clacking noise every time it turned on. I appreciated that the hotel gave us a room away from the elevator. Great water pressure, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Parking nearby was quite pricey even with the hotel discount.

Nice, big and comfortable room. Everything you need. Regarding breakfast. There is no free breakfast for Hilton Gold members since the restaurant does not belong to Hilton.

I booked this hotel for the third time in a row and I noticed that the first time he gave me a view and the second and third time he did not take that into account.

When we stay there 4 days they took 400$ for deposit. But they didn’t sent back till now. It’s already 15 days gone. Actually when I stayed 6 years ago in the Beijing airport Helton hotel. They didn’t pay back my deposit 800 rmb.

The hotel did not refund my deposit even though they told me the deposit will be refunded within 7 days. It has been almost 3 weeks and the hotel is ignoring my phone calls and emails.

Receptionist is not friendly as the other Hilton Garden Inn.

I was forced to wait more than six hours and the room was really tiny and not clean cause I found more than two flies in the room
