Excellent one night stay at Heritage Chiang Rai. Food and service in the restaurant was great and our room was spacious and very comfortable. I can highly recommend staying at the Heritage Hotel whenever in Chiang Tai.

The Heritage Chiang Rai Hotel and Convention is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel offers ample parking for cars and motorcycles. Its location near the town center makes it convenient for exploring, yet it remains calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers great variety, adding excellent value to the overall experience. Definitely worth the money paid for such comfort and quality service!

Room is good size. Furniture is a little dated but ok.  Very clean. Service is very good.  Staff are very friendly and always greeted us with a smile.  We asked for a high floor and we got it.  Much appreciated.  Breakfast was included with our room.  It was very good with lots of varieties.  The pool is very nice and relaxing.  Location wise, a big mall is down the road.  Clock Tower and night markets are not too far away by car.  A good stay.  Would recommend.

Review is being left as a caution - Do NOT use the ATM in the lobby, it eats debit cards for no reason, and the staff will do a Pontius Pilate impression when you complain. Unlike the Siam Bank who came and got my card out, something that was "completely impressively" on the eyes of the immensely wise 20 year olds behind the jump. Noisy Chinese guests abound, dusty adjoining rooms aplenty. Complaints equally, are left to gather dust.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower also. Big room. Breakfast had good variety of food, not very much for european taste but o.k. There was a lot of noise from a festival outside. The hotel is a little bit old fashioned. Stuff were very nice and helpfull.
