Mercure Hotels in Chiang Mai

Old hotel with AWFUL sound isolation. I didn't have even one calm night. With ceramic flooring in the rooms all the furniture (especially chairs) do not have softeners on the chair legs. So imagine that you would hear the scratching all day and night long from all of your neighbors. Since the price of the hotel is very reasonable there will be mostly not quite audience who shout and speak in the corridors. So you can ”enjoy” all the dramas or joys that will be happening between families and friends.  Sad that the management of such a chain of hotels like Mercure is so INDIFFERENT to maintenance of this hotel. I would never want to come back to this kind of facilities
