The accommodation is very spacious, with a well-divided layout between the bedroom and living room. The bathroom is also large and includes a bathtub. There is ample parking space for multiple cars. Other facilities, such as the swimming pool, are generously sized, and there’s also a fitness center. The place is clean, and just a short drive away, you’ll find Central Festival. The room rates are very affordable, making this a highly recommended place to stay. It feels like living in a condo, with beautiful decor and a serene atmosphere.
The staff were exceptional, rivaling the best professionals in New York and Paris. They were all attentive, open, helpful, polite, considerate and cooperative. I have nothing negative to say, at all.
One comment I'd like to make has to do with acoustics. Whenever someone in a neighboring room would take an article of clothing
off a hanger in the closet, the sound of the swinging hanger hitting the shallow wall would reverberate in my room. Perhaps the closet
walls could be made more solid or insulated for sound. That's all.
So noisy that can hear the other door open and close all the time with loudly sound and I paid for breakfast but they forgot to add on the list so had to confirm twice. The WiFi connection is bad too

The hotel is nice, the pool is clean, and it's relatively quiet. Transportation requires a taxi, but Grab is also very convenient these days. Free cancellation is not available after check-in, so I recommend booking a one-night stay to get a feel for it before deciding whether to extend your stay. It was quite crowded; there were only two rooms when we stayed, so breakfast wasn't provided. The only downside was the loud air conditioning noise, which I hope the hotel can address as it disturbed my sleep. Other than that, it was pretty good, with a few not-too-high prices. The pool was nice, clean, and uncrowded.
The room was spacious, and the staff were lovely. My only minor gripe was that the bathroom felt a little cramped. On the bright side, there's a Smart TV with Netflix access.
The stay was good. When i wanted to extend my stay for another night i had to move the room, even if the hotel wasn’t fully booked, i didn’t understand that. The bathroom smelled sometimes really bad (in both rooms), i don‘t know why. Sometimes there is a gecko in your room. I haven‘t had a problem with it i like animals. Free coffee all day is a big bonus- keep that please. The reception was all in all very helpful. I would stay another night.
Good muslim hotel in Chiang Mai to stay. Staff so friendly and can communicate in Malay & English language. The breakfast and foods at the hotel’s restaurant was good. Keep it up.
Pros: The villa has a large pool and a living and dining room, perfect for families and a relaxing getaway. Airport transfers are included, and the service is average for Thailand. The hotel's restaurant and spa are also provided free of charge. The restaurant is located by the river and the food is good. The spa is across the street, but the massages are average. The hotel also has a public foot spa, perfect for relaxing after an outing.
Cons: Compared to five-star hotels, the attention to detail is lacking. Before arriving, I stayed at the Regent Phu Quoc Island and then at the Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok, where the service and attention to detail were both excellent. This villa requires a key card to open each room, making it difficult to remember to bring your card even for a short trip. Furthermore, you need to insert a key card to access the electricity, which is even more inconvenient with a large group. Also, there's no magnifying mirror in the bathroom. On the day of departure, my flight was in the afternoon, so I spent the morning resting and packing at the hotel. The rockery waterfall stopped functioning, which seemed like a ”since you're leaving, we're just leaving.” Furthermore, after daily housekeeping, the cleaning staff removed the power card, causing the air conditioning and lights to be off upon our return. It was extremely hot, requiring us to reinsert the card and turn the air conditioning back on before the room cooled down. They also didn't fold the clothes left by the bed, a fact I've never experienced at Regent or Kempinski. Breakfast offered 10 options, but during our 5-day, 4-night stay, it was practically impossible to choose from; it was incredibly monotonous. My child wanted to borrow a swimming ring, but they only gave him a small one. We later went to the staff's office to find a larger one for him. I don't understand why they didn't give it to him when it was unused.
Summary: The value for money is poor. For a five-star price, the service is excellent, and the hotel is stingy. I won't be getting ripped off again!
This hotel has an old-fashioned atmosphere. I took my parents there and they really liked it because it felt like their honeymoon destination. When I told the counter that water droplets were dripping from the bathroom ceiling, they sincerely apologized. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. There were a lot of people sunbathing around the pool, but the pool water was a little cold because it was January. The two dogs were cute. It's close to the train station.
This location is very convenient for travelers with a car. However, sightseeing in Chiang Mai's Old City may be inconvenient. If you plan to explore the surrounding areas with a rental car or a hired vehicle, you can avoid the congested roads of central Chiang Mai, making travel easier. Compared to hotels in the Old City, which are at the same price, the rooms here are twice as spacious, and parking is much more convenient. I used Grab and Bolt motorbikes to go into the city center for dinner, which cost around 40–50 THB per trip.

LLin Chia chiStayed here for four consecutive nights. The room is very large and spacious. I like the design. The breakfast buffet has a slight change every day. The only downside is that the water pressure in the bathtub is very low. It takes a while to fill it with water. But it's not a big deal.
GGuest UserFacilities: The houses are all wooden structures and traditional style. The swimming pool is not big, but who wouldn’t want to take a dip in a pool surrounded by plants? The hotel has its own restaurant - it is a vegetarian restaurant, you can try it. When you wake up in the morning, you can order a cup of coffee in the restaurant and drink it by the pool. Isn’t that nice? ? ?
Hygiene: Clean! I especially like that the cleaning staff in Thai hotels take off their shoes and enter the room to clean!
Environment: This hotel is so beautiful, allowing plants to grow freely, and the paradise grass is taller than the buildings.
Service: The hotel staff is very friendly!
Price: It was more than 300 when I ordered it. It feels like you can’t live anywhere in China with more than three hundred people! This one is so worth it!
Terrain: Very convenient! There are many restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops around. Don’t worry about going to the old town, because Chiang Mai is fine on foot~ (I mean the central location)
Attached is my account~
HHannaqqqThree friends traveled together and chose this hotel. The hotel is a small and beautiful Thai-style hotel with lush and beautiful greenery. I enjoy it every day on the way out or back to the room. It’s just a long ***** of six or seven three-story buildings, one family on each floor, with a big balcony, and the room is as big as the description, a little nicer than the picture, the restaurant is cozy and mini, and there are two mini swimming pools , basically no one. The front desk and service staff feel that there are only three main teammates, but they try their best to solve everything, and their attitude is very friendly. The set that my family lives in has two big beds of two meters, which are very comfortable. I haven't used the bathtub, but my friend who lives with me said that the water quality may not be very good

The rates is highly competitive. .
The Room is quite spacious, clean and tidy.
Swimming pool is the best amenities here.
I'm hoping to get back here again soon.
Staffs are very friendly and polite.
NNicky haydenOverall good value The entrance and exit are a bit narrow. Difficult to park, parking is quite limited. The room condition is clean and fully equipped. For the Nong Hoi area It's considered good.
YYOUWEIThe hotel is next to the train station, the facilities are old, and the air conditioning is not good, affecting sleep. The previous guides mentioned that Pai’s aya bus station is nearby. I booked this hotel because I thought it was convenient to get on the bus. I didn’t expect that the bus station has been relocated recently, and I have to go to Thapae Gate to board the bus. The hotel in the ancient city has a car to pick up and drop off to the station, and this hotel is not accepted in the suburbs, so it is too miscalculated!
GGuest UserOn a business trip to Chiang Mai, I chose this hotel by chance. Unexpectedly, I found a treasure and had a very special stay experience. Overall, all the facilities in this hotel are very new and the rooms are clean and tidy. I learned from the front desk staff that this hotel has only been open for a few years (unfortunately, it has encountered a special period of three years and is still persisting silently). It is said that before 2019, there will be a large number of Chinese tourists staying for a long time, so the service signs in the hotel lobby, rooms, restaurants, etc. are specially equipped with Chinese and English prompts. Many tourists choose this place. I guess besides the important factor of being very quiet at night, the traffic here is very convenient, and it is very convenient to come from the super highway; I tried to walk from the hotel to the Central Festival, which is about 1.2 kilometers, that is, It only takes ten minutes; it is about 1 kilometer from the hotel to Chiang Mai Railway Station and only a few hundred meters to Chiang Mai Long-distance Bus Station. No wonder this hotel is very popular. I would like to add that this time I stayed in a room on the first floor of the hotel. I didn't expect to open the curtains and go straight to the swimming pool. I opened the floor-to-ceiling windows and could sit on a chair by the pool for a nap. This was an unexpected surprise. The breakfast is also very good, offering a rich variety of buffets. In addition to the Western style, I personally think that the northern Thai style bone soup rice porridge is close to Chinese food, and the taste is quite good. Finally, the staff I met in the hotel provided very good service, and their gestures truly reflected the hospitality of Thailand as a country of smiles. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to them!
