Nice hotel clean location is very good the hotel staff is very friendly. Having my company 5D4N fitness Retreat 8th-12Nov, 4 night here , we requested to use their pool side for an hr yoga class and they allow us to us it for free ❤ And Surprisingly my room can see sunrise ️ Will start here when I come to chiang mai. Highly recommend

Great location, room had a very old box TV with no HDMI, the shower wall tiles had a lot of mould around the tiles.

Very well located with lots of night markets and food choices within walking distance. Do bring your own toiletries though as the hotel’s provision of these were lacking. Great value for the price overall.

Old room, old air conditioner.. We had to wake up at 2:00 a.m. to change rooms in the middle of the night because the air conditioner was broken and the employees were only men who said that changing rooms had to be changed later. Then we asked if they would like us to open the window. We stayed on the 16th floor for a while and another employee came to look. The air conditioner said it was slowly getting colder, so I told him to try opening the window, it was colder outside than 2 a.m. than changing the room for us. It was a room that should have been checked out and couldn't be cleaned in time. Just going in and sweeping the sheets didn't spread. My boyfriend said it was about 3 a.m.. Seriously, if you don't take a break, next time it's not worth the price you paid, you won't be able to watch the TV..
