Really good

The location was very remote,although the room was big,the nearby area just awful

the room looks not like the photo provided on the website

This hotel is very clean , quiet place not far from airport , only 7 kms from airport , nearby Chiang Mai University which have a lot of food. This hotel don' t have breakfast but opposite the hotel have Cafe which you can order breakfast from here.

This is a nice, clean, affordable and friendly place.

The incident happened last night. Our plane was delayed from our origin country 3 times. We arrived in Chiang Mai after midnight. But before that, I had a friend in Thailand call to tell them that we would arrive a little late because I saw a sign that said check-in closed at 10:30 PM. And because I had an 8-year-old child with me, I was very tired. 1. The plane was delayed 3 times. 2. We had to try to find a car from the airport to the hotel. It rained heavily last night. And I was very tired. I brought my whole family and was ready to pay for the extra bed. We arrived there at about 1 AM, I think. The door was closed. I called many times. No one answered. So I decided to let the person who took us go around looking for a hotel. In the end, there was none. I understand that it might be late. The staff might be tired. But just answer the phone and give me the key. Isn't that enough? The thing is... at 5 AM, we had to travel. My child and husband were very tired. No one sympathized with me. Who would want the plane to be delayed? At first, I planned to book again on the 17th-18th because I had previously booked for my family. It was okay. I felt very disappointed. I didn't get my money back and I didn't get to stay. 😔

We think it's not very clean. On the first day, we started to have itchy bumps. Our son also had bumps all over his body. The room is beautiful and quiet, but the only problem is the cleanliness.

The accommodation is very good, comfortable to sleep in, very good value for money, clean and no smell at all.

Very hard mattress. Coffee, tea and cookies at the entrance for free.

Very good, good price, worth it. No matter how many times I come, I always stay here. There is a spacious parking lot.

The stay at KM Hotel was very pleasant. I would like to highlight the kindness and service of the girls at reception, they even lent us a bike to go to Seven. In addition, the hotel is clean and has many things nearby such as laundry and other things. I would definitely stay here again.

Except for the lack of toothpaste and toothbrush, everything else is good, especially the fragrance of the quilt. I slept very well.

The hotel is as advertised. Plenty of parking. Convenient transportation. If you want to enter the hotel, I recommend taking the canal road. It's easier to get in and out. When we went, we opened the map and chose to take a shortcut to the village. There was only one way traffic, no oncoming lanes. We arrived late at night and the road was very dark. The room had all the amenities: towels/head towels, shampoo, soap. No hair dryer, cold air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, and two bottles of drinking water. The only problem is that the bathroom was dirty and had deep stains from long-term use. I think if they cleaned it properly, it would be better.

The room is spacious and clean. The lady at the front desk is very kind.
