spend 4 nights here and me and my family were so satisfied with this hotel! the room is big enough for 3 of us, got a kitchen that have utensils also which is awesome, great area as the area is not crowded, it is quite hidden but wasnt hard to find, the check-in and check out process was super easy also, overall i highly recommend this hotel to everyone if you are a looking for a stay in chiang mai 🩷

They were very accommodating to my special request of early check-in as I arrived Chiang Mai very early in the morning. I really appreciate it. The room was clean and decent. The shower room was clean however I would suggest they fix the shower head for more convenience. All in all it was money worth.

Even though they have signs for room service, they never NEVER clean the room. They charged me a fine because a stain in a towel, even though I payed full price and the service was not done properly. AVOID THIS PLACE

There's nothing around it, not even a 7-11 store. Asked the female reception where to find food & she told me there's actually nothing good around it. And to her no where is within walking distance. So poor & negative reception on my first day. And the bathroom/toilet doesn't drain. I have to shower on the toilet bowl to avoid a flood. Suffered this issue for 4 days. Since there's no exhaust fan in the toilet, it's constantly wet throughout my stay. Never got a chance to enjoy a dry toilet at all. Strangely, they provide a hairdryer in the room, but WITHOIT a mirror. How are they expecting anyone to groom themselves without even providing a smallest mirror possible??!! Although the place is clean & bed is nice to sleep on, the whole experience is not a comfortable one.

Very nice staff, also clean room. Space quite good, renovation modern and new as well. The location might be a bit far from all restaurants and convenience stores. Love all about hotel.

Easy to commute to everywhere, clean and comfy beds, balcony is great!!! only detail, is not having elevator, so going up the stairs with luggage is a bit trouble (we got second floor room) but still acceptable. Our room also got some ants in corners like bathroom, but nothing to get panic at. Thanks for the stay, i will remark the super comfy beds!!

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, which is conveniently located just outside the old city walls in Chiang Mai. It's on a quiet street without a huge amount of traffic, and if you need to do laundry there's a bunch of machines right next to the hotel.

Pros: good location, right in the center, everything is nearby, including cafes, bars, 7/11. Very comfortable soft bed. They clean regularly. There is a balcony, you can smoke there. Cons: my room was old and shabby. There were ants on the balcony and in the bathroom. There were orange stains and peeling walls in the shower. Only one small mirror in the bathroom and THAT'S IT. It is very dark there; it is impossible to see yourself properly. There is no outlet in the bathroom, so you will dry your hair without a mirror in the room. There are no shelves for storage in the bathroom. There is no partition in the shower, all the water flows onto the toilet, mirror and sink. There is not even a small table in the room, only a low shelf, I had to eat while hanging. There is no microwave either, not even in the common area (which is also not there). There is no normal clothes dryer. Only 3 hangers. The hotel has no elevator and very steep narrow stairs, you will have to walk with your luggage. As a result, the photos on the website did not match reality. They really did not think through at least the minimum amenities. When checking out, the girl from the reception checked for a long time whether everything was okay with my room. It would be better if they first made normal living conditions, and then checked the guests so thoroughly.

The boss is very nice, the staff are very nice, it is very close to the old town, and there is a small balcony, it is worth it

Like many reviews said, the bathroom in room 306 where I stayed had a very damp smell, and water dripped from the shower head and ceiling. My solution was to put the shower head on the sink and let it drip, but the dripping from the ceiling was unavoidable, so I had to put a large towel on it to absorb the water. After staying for two days, I passed by Room 206 on the second floor and found that the room was very clean and not trendy. So maybe only 306 has a problem. I have a mysophobia, and I was really upset on the first day I checked in. Later, I could only open the bathroom door and turn on the air conditioner to reduce the moisture.

I recommend it. I paid 20,000 won per day and stayed for 3 days. The room I stayed in had everything except a TV and the balcony was nice. You can walk to the city center or downtown, but I recommend Bolt or Grab.
