We stayed here only to partake in the Waterpark that is attached to the Hotel. It was okay. Not much else in the area. And one does not need to stay at the hotel to attend Waterpark. Room price was decent, but everything else was very expensive. Not the norm for Korea. A discount was given for pool entry since we were guests of the hotel. We opted for a room with kitchen and glad we did. No microwave in room, but there are three down by the front desk for common use.

Clean and nice place to stay with family special if you have kids

a good hotel with water park that situable for kids and familes. The disadvantages for me are the location is quite far from city (i'm ok as i drived almost 2 hours from Incheon airport) that not good for those without car, and not all staff can speak English that hard for foreigner to communicate

Great relaxing resort for family trip

It was a resort-style, so cooking was possible and it was great~! The only regret is that if I had known in advance that I could grill meat, I would have bought itㅠㅠ The smell of grilled meat in the hallway was so hopelessㅠㅠ The facilities were clean and the soundproofing was good, so I was very satisfied. I had booked a regular suite, but it was overbooked, so I was upgraded to a silver suite and had a great rest~

The cleaning condition was a bit disappointing, but everything else was good. There was a water park, so we had fun, and then came back in the evening to have dinner, and there were other things to do indoors, so it was perfect for a day of play.

I came here for a day off with my friends. It was my second visit, and although it rained and snowed in April, the facilities were good.

I liked the clean and spacious room for a family of three for the price. However, it was disappointing that there were few places to eat other than the buffet, and the room was not well insulated, so it was very noisy at night.

The West Building is a bit old, but overall it is clean and has many amenities in the basement, so it was convenient. You don't have to drive to get anything you need.

It was very accessible as it was in the Chungcheong region. The Independence Hall of Korea was nearby, and the best part was that it was within 10 minutes from Mokcheon IC. It also had a sledding hill and a water park as auxiliary facilities, so it was more than enough to have a great time with my two children, ages 3 and 5, for 2 days and 1 night. The room condition was also very comfortable, and the heating was so good that it felt hot in the cold weather. If I go on a family trip again next time, I would 100% visit!

The rooms are clean and there are a lot of dusty hotels these days, but I don't really care about that, so it's good to go with kids. It's perfect for a water park and family trip.
