Seriously uncomfortable and not helpful

Room is good and the service is good. Stuff is good especially Payal. Will visit again.

A good hotel with rooms that are well done. The food was also decent

Listed as 5 star hotel but they don't even have slippers in room. Rooms are compact, twin bed have two beds attached. Bar price in menu and and billed is different. Bill after taxes are 70 percent extra on the menu bill. Restaurant have mosquitoes and staff have turned off the A/C in restaurant and dint turn on even after saying multiple times.

Ambience is really good. Food is decent not the best Cleanliness-perfect Location- decent Hospitality is good but could be better.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Chennai Sipcot...The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.A special thanks to Ms.Mubina and Ms.Vahida for excellent services.. The room was clean and well-appointed.. Overall, I would highly recommend the Novotel for its excellent service, tasty food, and comfortable accommodations.

The checkin was smooth ,It's a nice and memorable experience,and every one has to experience this comfort. Try again feel better and the ambience w better overall good experience the service was also good we had a great time and the food was also good

Excellent hospitality!! Very well maintained hotel and corporative staffs in the reception prerona, payel and lukki very good and helpful. Aminities are good and staffs are taking care of kids thats very proffetional. Location is very good and away from city

Jitu from housekeeping is too good .. he does best of best work..ehat ever we ask it will be done in 5 min time.. is trainee chandru is also good at work...happy to stay here in novotel sipcot housekeeping part is superb in the hotel.. all the best jitu for the hard work..

Overall great experience room was awesome and I love the pool side it was very pleasant. All the staffs in front office very welcoming and sweet specially Prerona and Aquib and Akhtar help me so much during departure. Breakfast was good and everyone was very attentive.

Had a very good time in Novotel chennai sipcot. All the staffs are very helpful and polite and in front office Guest relation Executive Ms. Prerona help us really well and took good care of us. I would like to thank you all for making our stay pleasant and memorable.
