Disappointing Stay Overall 1. I arrived at 11:30 AM and asked if an early check-in was possible so I could freshen up before heading to the office. They gave me a lower-grade room without informing me. Thankfully, I noticed and declined it. 2. When I returned at 2 PM for the standard check-in, they tried to assign me the same lower-grade room again. 3. The so-called "garden view" turned out to be a construction site — very misleading and disappointing. 4. Breakfast was average, but the service left much to be desired. Coffee wasn't available until after 7AM, and despite requesting sunny side-up eggs on two separate mornings, they were never prepared. 5. Dinner service was chaotic. There were limited options, it was extremely crowded, and there was no staff managing seating or checking room entitlements. It felt like anyone could walk in, grab food, and sit anywhere. I couldn’t even find a table to sit!

It was very fascinating stay. The staff was super friendly. Buffet was another level. Highly recommended stay.

Listed as 5 star hotel but they don't even have slippers in room. Rooms are compact, twin bed have two beds attached. Bar price in menu and and billed is different. Bill after taxes are 70 percent extra on the menu bill. Restaurant have mosquitoes and staff have turned off the A/C in restaurant and dint turn on even after saying multiple times.

Ambience is really good. Food is decent not the best Cleanliness-perfect Location- decent Hospitality is good but could be better.

The property is in a good location for those who want to move towards the south of the country. The staff is friendly, there is a nice pool to use. The breakfast is plentiful and varied

Debjani and Muthu was really good with service. They made sure the rooms are clean and well maintained when we stayed with our family ***** with our little daughter. We felt comfortable staying here due to the house keeping staffs efforts. I would visit again

The hotel staff is excellent and smiling. Kajal is lovely and helpful in serving in the restaurant. I got complementary drinks everyday as part of my package which is super nice. Rooms are excellent with all major amenities. Breakfast is very large and delicious. Keep it up.
