Excellent Location & Outstanding Service – A Truly Memorable Stay! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to its perfect location and exceptional service. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. There’s various street food right downstairs, and within walking distance, we found a large shopping mall with plenty of dining options, including delicious hotpot and other local cuisines. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every time we called the front desk for assistance, they responded immediately and resolved any issues with a smile. A special shout-out to **Alina**, who went above and beyond to help us on our last day. We were struggling with multiple heavy suitcases, and she kindly escorted us all the way to the entrance, made sure we got a suitable taxi, and didn’t leave until we were safely on our way. Her warmth and professionalism were truly touching. We’re so grateful to the entire staff for making our Chengdu trip so comfortable and memorable. The hospitality here made us feel right at home. Highly recommended– we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

This time my relatives came to Chengdu to play, and they booked this hotel because it was close to home. The environment is very good, and the room was upgraded to a first-line river view room for free. The floor is high and the view is good. The lobby is very lively, and both adults and children like to play the ring toss. There was a little panda who was clamoring for a photo, which was very cute. The drinks next to the front desk were also very delicate and tasted good. The overall service of the hotel is very good. Manager Huang Fei also sent me photos to freeze the happy time. Manager Huang is very enthusiastic and super nice, and considerate. I will choose this hotel again when my relatives come in the future.
