A very conveniently located hotel in Chengdu city center near Tai Koo Li shopping district.  The service is friendly, efficient and welcoming. English is spoken at the check in desk and foreign guests shouldn’t have any issues with staying here hassle-free.  The breakfast is fairly varied, possibly geared more towards the locals, but there is plenty for international palates.  Bedroom was spacious, comfy and quiet. Some of the hard furnishings might seem slightly worn, perfectly normal for the age of the hotel. My only gripe was the non-functioning holder for the bathroom shower head which wouldn’t hold the shower head in place as it was broken. However, the overhead shower curtain worked perfectly and was a substitute for the actual shower itself.

I came to Qingcheng Mountain to breathe oxygen while attending a friend's wedding. I found a hotel on Ctrip. The overall experience was great! I must recommend it! The hotel is very conveniently located, and it is very close to Laozao. The hotel is built on a hillside, with a garden-style design. There are 8 buildings in total, and the shuttle bus can move in the middle. However, the flowers are blooming here in spring, and it is very comfortable to take the baby to play. It is exactly the same as what you see in their videos! Although it is a little warmer here, it is still a little cold in the morning and evening. They have a health-preserving fairy grass bathing pool, which the little friends love. It feels warm after the bath! The hotel also has children's activities on weekends in the afternoon, so that parents can take care of the children without worrying about them! Next time, I can bring my children to lie down for two days on weekends.

I booked a suite. Grace, the housekeeper, contacted me the day before I arrived. She learned that I was using it as a wedding room, so she added WeChat to facilitate communication and handed it over to another housekeeper, Diana Zhang. The staff of the guest room also prepared flower petals in advance. Before I checked in, she kept communicating with me about the room and sent me pictures. A lot of things were carefully prepared in the room. This year is the Year of the Snake. There are two very cute snake dolls, very festive tea sets, and red snack gift bags. The most surprising thing is that they printed the photos I posted on WeChat Moments! ! ! They also put them in the photo frame. It was really thoughtful and attentive. The atmosphere of the hotel during the New Year was also very good. There were red elements everywhere, red envelopes, and ingots. The facilities and equipment in the suite were also complete. Rose petals were laid in the bathtub, and peanuts were placed on the cabinet at the end of the bed. Red dates, etc. There were also happy characters on the windows. After checking out, they also asked about my stay experience. The service of the two housekeepers was really very good~~~
