The service attitude is very good. The room facilities and hygiene are all good. It is very close to Tianjie Shopping Mall, convenient for eating, shopping and transportation

Had a great and enjoyable stay! The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and amenities were refilled everyday during room cleaning. They were very generous with the number of water bottles provided so we don't have to worry about not having enough water. Our room does not include breakfast so we're unable to comment on that. However, the beverages (coffee and tea) provided at Hotel lobby was great! Hotel reception is also able to receive parcels on behalf. Location was also strategic, being only 3-5mins walk away from the nearest metro exit with escalators. There was many eateries and convenient stores nearby. We stayed here as we have to travel often to the Chengdu East Railway Station and this hotel is the best location as it is only a 10mins didi ride. It is also only 2 metro stops away from the city centre (Chunxi Road). We will definitely choose this hotel again if we visit Chengdu again.

The room was very clean. There's a shopping district and internet cafe downstairs. After washing your clothes, you don't have to go downstairs to dry them yourself. The staff will take the initiative to dry them, fold them, and put them in bags. Excellent service! ! ! ! ! !

Very good, clean environment, The front desk service is thoughtful, and there is plenty of bottled water in the room. It is very convenient to get out of the subway entrance It is convenient to go anywhere. There is also a self-service area in the lobby.

1. Great location - 3 mins walk to subway station and 20 mins walk to popular food street Kuan Zhai Xiang Zhi. 2. Hotel staff are warm and friendly. Was very apologetic when we feedback to them that our non-smoking room still has a bit of tobacco smell. 3. There are many restaurants and small shops next to the hotel. 4. Breakfast was varied and nice. 5. Reception area has pleasant and inviting aroma.

Service: Xiao Luo was very friendly and attentive during check-in, providing eye masks and toiletries. He also asked about my stay upon check-out. Environment: This is a newly opened hotel. The Huajiaoyu Chinese restaurant is right next door, making it convenient for lunch or dinner. It's also close to nearby shopping malls. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, and the rooms were meticulously cleaned. Amenities: The room features smart voice control, making check-in very convenient. The whole-room smart experience is quite pleasant. Although our room was located near the overpass, the soundproof windows were almost silent with them closed.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the living experience. It is quiet and convenient for travel. It is relatively close to Wenshuyuan subway station and easy to find. I like the breakfast very much. I will choose this place again when I come to Chengdu next time.

Great location. Nearby metro station Line 2 & 3. Very convenient and walking distance to IFS and Taikoo Li. The room is spacious. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. For sure will stay again if we come back to Chengdu.

The new season opened in August, the facilities are brand new, and the waiters are very warm and caring. Opposite the hotel is Vientiane City, it is very convenient to go shopping. Not far from the subway station, about ten minutes walk. It is not far from the main scenic spots by taxi, in short, it is very convenient to travel. Recently, I have been out to play all seasons, the standard is the same, it is recommended!

Stayed here for four nights, very comfortable, very close to the Red Archway on Line 3, there are many affordable local restaurants in the southeast, northwest and northeast directions within five minutes downstairs. The cleaning lady cleaned very clean, thank you for your hard work. The front desk staff Xiao Wang, Xiao Liu and Xiao Zhang provided very good service, smiling service and answering every question, making people feel at home. 👍 The hotel is quiet, the air conditioner in the room can adjust the temperature, not the central air conditioner, which is very humane. The breakfast is also very delicious, especially the small spring rolls ~ If I come to Chengdu again next time, I will continue to choose this one.
