The service attitude is very good. The room facilities and hygiene are all good. It is very close to Tianjie Shopping Mall, convenient for eating, shopping and transportation

During our summer family trip, we booked a family room with one large and one small bed through Ctrip. The location is unbeatable; it's right at the subway exit. Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li are literally on the doorstep, and getting around Chengdu was incredibly convenient. The hotel was spotless, and the service was exceptionally attentive. Our Chengdu trip was a complete success!

My stay at Quan Ji was incredibly comfortable! The hotel features a minimalist and fresh design, with a warm yet sophisticated natural wood decor. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding soft, and the shower pressure excellent. Thoughtful details, such as the tea set and smart toilet, were a nice touch. The front desk service was warm and efficient. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with the Chinese dim sum being particularly outstanding. Its convenient location offers easy access to plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. This hotel offers incredible value for money and is highly recommended for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely be choosing Quan Ji again!

The room was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Despite a minor incident where a security guard (an older gentleman) inadvertently took my food delivery, the manager's subsequent handling of the situation left a profound impression on me, filling me with an even greater appreciation for the city of Chengdu. Not only did they offer a sincere apology, but they also warmly presented me with a generous bag of local souvenirs. By the way, Manager, you look incredibly young, like an enthusiastic university student! We traveled all the way from Nanjing, and honestly, we hadn't expected to have another chance to visit Chengdu in this lifetime. However, it's the warmth of this hotel that has completely changed our minds and made us determined to plan another trip. We truly hope to see your welcoming faces and experience your warmth again on our next visit.

I always stay at this Ji Hotel whenever I'm in Chengdu. Its location is excellent, just 100 meters from Exit E of Tonghuimen Station on Line 2. The hotel rooms are quiet, clean, cozy, and comfortable, and there's parking available downstairs. The lobby offers coffee and lemon tea, and I particularly love the signature Ji Hotel tea fragrance. Plus, the Xi'an North Road snack street is conveniently located right next door. It would be even more perfect if the rooms were equipped with latex memory foam pillows.

My stay this time was absolutely perfect, and I simply have to give this hotel a glowing review! From the moment I stepped in, I could genuinely feel the staff's immense warmth and enthusiasm. At check-in, the front desk staff were not only incredibly efficient but also greeted me with warm smiles, patiently walking me through all the hotel's amenities. Throughout my stay, any request I had, no matter how small, the staff were quick to respond to and handled flawlessly. On one occasion, I accidentally stained the bedsheets. I called room service, and it wasn't long before a staff member arrived with fresh linens. They also thoughtfully asked if I needed any other assistance – this level of service was truly exceptional.

I give the All Seasons Hotel a perfect 100 points for this stay. The service at this All Seasons Hotel, which I chose for a business trip to Chengdu, was fantastic. It's right near Shuangliu Airport, and the free airport shuttle is incredibly convenient! The room was spotlessly clean and bright, and you could tell the housekeeping staff paid careful attention to detail. The sheets were incredibly soft. The front desk assistant, Xiao Luo, was incredibly helpful, like a family friend. The service was quick and they even provided us with eye masks and earplugs. The wontons at breakfast were also delicious, and the menu was diverse! It was a truly great value, and I'll definitely stay at this hotel next time I'm catching a flight! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Overall, I am very satisfied with the living experience. It is quiet and convenient for travel. It is relatively close to Wenshuyuan subway station and easy to find. I like the breakfast very much. I will choose this place again when I come to Chengdu next time.

Quanji is my absolute go-to hotel every time I travel! The front desk staff are incredibly warm and friendly, the rooms are spotless and quiet, and the bedding is so comfortable. They serve a generous and delicious breakfast. Plus, they offer complimentary self-service laundry and drying, which is a huge bonus. Every little detail is thoughtfully taken care of, making for a truly delightful stay. Absolutely impeccable!

Stayed here for four nights, very comfortable, very close to the Red Archway on Line 3, there are many affordable local restaurants in the southeast, northwest and northeast directions within five minutes downstairs. The cleaning lady cleaned very clean, thank you for your hard work. The front desk staff Xiao Wang, Xiao Liu and Xiao Zhang provided very good service, smiling service and answering every question, making people feel at home. 👍 The hotel is quiet, the air conditioner in the room can adjust the temperature, not the central air conditioner, which is very humane. The breakfast is also very delicious, especially the small spring rolls ~ If I come to Chengdu again next time, I will continue to choose this one.
