I arrived quite late, and I'm so grateful for the warm service from Tang and Tian at the front desk. They even thoughtfully asked if I needed a late check-out, such attention to detail! The hotel has also updated its toiletries; the White Moss scent is really nice. Even though it's a dupe for a high-end brand, the fragrance is pretty spot on. Most importantly, it's very close to the terminal, and I slept wonderfully. I'll definitely be back often.

This hotel is perfect for catching an early flight! It's very close to Shuangliu Airport, and the free shuttle service is prompt with an on-time driver, so you don't have to worry about rushing. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent; it was very quiet at night with no airplane noise at all. The facilities are brand new, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and a smart toilet. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and check-in and check-out were efficient. It offers great value for money, making it a top choice for layovers or overnight stays. I'll definitely come again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I chose a hotel in Shuangliu because I was worried about traffic jams in the Inner Ring Road and wanted to visit the rapeseed fields on my last day. This was my first time staying at an Atour hotel. The decor is simple and stylish, and the room was beautiful and clean. This particular hotel felt quite new, both in its decor and facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. We arrived quite late, and the front desk lady was incredibly nice, upgrading us to an executive twin room. However, we weren't happy with the floor of the first room we were assigned (the hotpot restaurant downstairs smelled so good, we would have been smelling hotpot all night if we stayed on the second floor facing it 🤣). When we requested a change, she quickly moved us to a higher floor. Since a key card was needed to access our room floor, the front desk staff even helped us with our luggage. A huge thank you to them! The room was spacious; we could easily open up two 29-inch suitcases without any problem. There was a mini-fridge and a wireless charging pad on the bedside table. The hairdryer was also great. The robot delivering food was very smart too. The breakfast at the restaurant was also quite extensive. My first experience at an Atour hotel was fantastic!

The hotel's pick-up service was so convenient and time-saving, especially with our late-night flight! It's super close to the airport, just a few minutes drive, so we could get to the hotel and rest quickly. We were very happy with all aspects of the room (when the ventilation system started unexpectedly, we called the front desk and an attendant came to fix it right away, which was a big plus!). The breakfast had fresh ingredients and a good variety too. Our first stop in Chengdu has definitely put us in a great mood!

This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again I was very pleased. The room size is generous, and overall it offers excellent value for money. The bed was very comfortable, and since I was on a work trip, I especially appreciated having a proper desk and chair, which made it easy to settle in and work. One thing I particularly value is that the non-smoking floors are genuinely non-smoking—something that can’t always be taken for granted, especially based on some past experiences I’ve had in China. The breakfast was very extensive, with a wide range of options catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. There was a large selection of cooked dishes, as well as Western-style items including bread, butter, jam, cereals, fruits, vegetables, and pastries. Overall, the variety was impressive and generous. From my perspective as a vegetarian who includes dairy, one small improvement would be the addition of cheese, which was missing. I also noticed that, despite the strong Western offering, cutlery was not always readily available and I occasionally had to ask for it. That said, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the coffee was excellent. During my first stay, I also tried the late-night snack option, which I found quite interesting. It mainly consisted of noodles and dumplings, though most options were meat-based. Including a few vegetarian choices would make it more inclusive. A special mention goes to Ryan Jiang, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me with sending packages via courier, helped arrange an extension when I decided to stay longer, and even upgraded my room and included breakfast when I rebooked. His support made everything smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated the small touches, like having fresh fruit in the room after a long day out. Additionally, I had medication that required refrigeration for the time that I had checked out and until I re-checked ( I had travelled for one day to Chongqing and back), and the concierge team handled this without any issues. When I needed help connecting to the internet, the reception staff responded immediately and went out of their way to assist me—everyone was attentive and eager to help. Overall, this is a hotel I would definitely choose again.

The hotel is not far from Shuangliu Airport, and their 24-hour shuttle service is fantastic. Getting to the airport from the hotel only takes three minutes the next morning. The only downside was waiting 20 minutes for the pick-up the night before.

The hotel is only about a 10-minute drive from Shuangliu Airport, and they arranged an airport pick-up in a Buick GL8. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Since I was traveling with two children and needed an overnight stay for a layover, I booked a two-bedroom suite. The room was decent, but a minor disappointment was the bathroom setup: the shower and toilet areas were connected, separated only by a plastic curtain. While the curtain prevented water from splashing out of the shower, the toilet area couldn't avoid getting damp. Although the front desk staff informed me about the curtain setup during check-in, I couldn't change it since I had already booked. I hope the hotel can optimize this, as it's quite inconvenient to use the toilet after showering. The price was moderate, which was great!

Hands down the most heartwarming hotel I've ever stayed in! The location is super easy to find, and getting around is incredibly convenient. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, making for a very comfortable and secure stay. I have to give a huge shout-out to Megan at the front desk – her smile is truly infectious, and her service is both warm and attentive. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and she even went the extra mile to thoughtfully plan out our itinerary, recommending fantastic local specialties and hidden gems that made our trip both fulfilling and relaxing. The hotel was very quiet at night, allowing us to get excellent rest. A big thank you to Megan for her genuine service! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and will highly recommend it to my friends!

Public areas were constantly being cleaned, and the hallways were quiet. The windows were very well-sealed, so I wasn't bothered by the plane take-offs or landings, and I slept incredibly soundly. I have to commend the service! I arrived late at night and contacted them for pickup. The driver was waiting on time, and at check-in, the front desk proactively offered warm water, completing the process in just a few minutes. The next morning, as I had an early flight, they thoughtfully reminded me to pack a breakfast-to-go. Their attitude throughout was gentle, and they were always ready to help whenever needed – truly considerate. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and feel brand new. The air conditioning provides excellent cooling and heating, and the electric curtains and multiple charging ports are incredibly convenient for business travelers. There's also a self-service laundry and drying facility, which is super handy for washing clothes on long trips, plus 24-hour complimentary tea and coffee. The location is very close to the airport, and the free shuttle service saves the hassle of taking a taxi. It's suitable for both short transits and overnight business stays. The value for money is absolutely amazing – I genuinely recommend it to anyone catching a flight!
