Hotels in South Railway Station/Tianfu Cade mall, Chengdu

Pandas, a specialty of Chengdu, can be seen everywhere in the lobby, and you can sit on a chair to check in and take photos. Although the room design is a few years ago, the layout is reasonable. I like the design of the bay window very much, which makes the room very spacious. You can eat instant noodles and watch tablets with your children there. The windows also have movable screens. I was also surprised when I saw it for the first time. It takes into account both mosquito prevention and ventilation. Before leaving, I gave the child a panda toy the day before yesterday, and the eyes were particularly beautiful. The room service is also very timely and cleaned quickly. The only drawback is that it may be due to the Spring Festival holiday. Although breakfast ends at 10 o'clock on weekends, when I went there at 9 o'clock, the boiled eggs and fried eggs were all gone, and the cantaloupe was not cut for a long time. It was about 9:20 (maybe the time was estimated wrong), and the sausages, bacon, and eggs were gradually updated. The fried food here French fries and another food like fried corn were not replenished until later. The noodles had to wait for the minced meat to thaw, and the wontons were gone. The next day, we finished breakfast at 9:30. We arrived at around 8 because we had to go to the airport. I asked the guy at the noodle stall if he had wontons, but he said no. I didn't order any because I had noodles the day before. After a while, I heard the guy at the noodle stall shouting that dumplings were ready. I thought to myself, when evaluating whether a hotel is good or not, hardware is important, but the service awareness of the staff is also the icing on the cake. If the guy could answer that there was no wontons today but dumplings when I asked if there was wontons, I think it would make up for my negative emotions the morning before.

Good choice to stay here, a short stroll to catch the train. Clean, comfortable room to shower and rest for the evening. The room has cigarette smells despite us requesting for a non-smoking room though they did say they tried to air the place before we arrived. Good effort, but outcome was still a room with smoke smells. If trip.com could somehow have a function to preregister us and we can show front desk we have been assigned Room xxxx that would make checkin seamless As it were, we had to produce passports for registration upon checkin, with our limited Mandarin we had to figure out what was requested. Nevertheless, we would recommend this place and would stay again for the convenience.

Facilities: The hotel is newly renovated, the environment is beautiful and comfortable, and the quality of the bedding is very good! We booked 5 days 4 nights here and love everything about the apartment- it truly feel like home when u stay here- the room is so clean- well decoration with high quality furniture! It not too far from chuanxi road and taikoo li, u can get taxi for about 15 rmb or take train which is 500 metters walking from the apartment. The front desk also very helpful i didnt know chinese but i use food order app eveeyday and they help me communicate with the shop or the shipper when needed. Highly recommend. Only negative point is staff cant speak mandarin but it is very common when u stay at hotel in china that staff cant speak mandarin ! But u can just use translate app it should be ok

The hotel is about a kilometer away from the South Station. The price/performance ratio is high in this area. The front door still shows the name of the hotel, Huaixi. I don't know why it hasn't been changed. The front desk enthusiastically upgraded my room and sent me breakfast. The room facilities are slightly improved, probably acquired from other hotels, but the hygiene is OK, and the view from the window is comfortable. The only drawback is that the room is still carpeted, which I personally don't like. The hotel is within a dozen minutes of CapitaLand Plaza, where you can eat and shop.

The Good: 1) The room was nicely renovated. Very different feeling from the lobby and lift and corrido, which are old and dated. Can overlook the public spaces since you're only living inside. 2) Shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, bedroom slippers, hair dryer, all given. Nice touch of a Chinese tea set for 2 as well. But didn't have body lotion. 3) Sufficient towels and bathrobes which were not torn. 4) Service staff good! Allowed me to check in earlier than stated 2pm and I waited 20 mins for room to be ready. Also kept a lookout for a parcel and informed me when it reached. The Ok: Not too obvious from the main road. Come out Exit H1 of South Railway Station metro station, walk straight ahead about 400m to the road junction. It's diagonally opposite the road to the Capita Mall. Walking from Line 18 to hotel with luggage takes about 10 mins. Road pavement is ok for luggage wheels. The Bad: Nothing too bad. Just wish they gave a full roll of toilet paper instead of half for a 1 day stay.

這家酒店住的體驗感特別好，雖然是臨三環，但是一點也不覺得吵鬧，前台服務態度很好，員工也很專業，房間衞生也很乾凈，新裝修的酒店使用起來都覺得很衞生。附近離火車南站很近，走路就幾分鐘。旁邊還有一個大型的購物商場，晚上回酒店前去逛了一下，買了很多本地特色的美食。非常滿意的一次入住體驗，以後會常來。
