Hotels in South Railway Station/Tianfu Cade mall, Chengdu

I’ve never left any reviews on trip.com before so this says a lot about how great the accommodation is. The amenities are very well maintained and beyond the comfort, the staff were the best part. They have a 24/7 concierge and they reply almost immediately via WeChat, attended to every single one of our requests and questions promptly. I’ve never felt more like home overseas before. If I’m coming back to Chengdu, this is the accommodation I’ll go back to, again and again.

Facilities: Excellent, very modern, and thoughtfully designed with user-friendly features. The mini-bar was also very practical. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Environment: The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the South Railway Station. Our window overlooked residential buildings; I would recommend considering a room type above the basic if you prefer a different view. Service: The service truly stands out as the biggest highlight. Staff are incredibly proactive in responding to guest needs and go above and beyond to resolve any issues. Even during busy times, they consistently offered warm, smiling service. They even provided assistance with laundry, and the complimentary gifts were a practical bonus.

A proper 5 star hotel.  Location is right by the south train station.  Room is in perfect condition.  Service is quick and attentive.  Areas of improvement: - breakfast is more like 4 stars in both food quality and choice - swimming pool area needs refurbishment

Room was comfortable and service prompt. Sound proofing could be better, especially the street noise. Breakfast with many options, also for Western tourists. Location was not ideal. Long walk to south railway station as you have to walk around closed areas.

In order to catch the high-speed train the next morning, I planned to choose a hotel near Chengdu South Station. I stayed at Yijia last time, which was close but a little old, so I chose Global 60,000 Miles this time. The hotel room was also clean and comfortable, with separate wet and dry bathrooms. I would also like to share my own guide on how to walk from the hotel to Chengdu South Station. You need to walk to the entrance of Line 7 on Guanghe 1st Street next to it, enter and scan the Chengdu electronic boarding code to enter the station, then walk straight, and come out of Exit L with the boarding code. It is free within 15 minutes. Take the elevator to the entrance of Chengdu South Station. The journey inside the station takes 5 minutes, and the total journey takes about 15 minutes.

Every time I come to Chengdu, this hotel is my first choice. I have stayed at his house several times, and it is estimated that it has been a month in total. First of all, the front desk and room service are very good. Secondly, I like the overall decoration style of the hotel. This hotel will still be my first choice when I come to Chengdu in the future.

I've stayed in so many hotels, but this one is really a pleasant surprise! The breakfast is rich and varied, with hot dishes, fruits and vegetables, and you can enjoy the view while dining by the window. The gym has brand new equipment and a great sports atmosphere. The laundry room is also very considerate and well equipped. I will stay here again next time!

This was the hotel my child enjoyed the most during our Sichuan trip. It came with a tent and a rocking horse toy, and at just over 500 RMB, the price was quite reasonable. We stayed for two nights, and the kids didn't want to leave. My only minor complaint concerned breakfast on our departure day. We had an early high-speed train to catch, so I asked the front desk the day before if we could adjust our booking to a room-only rate. The front desk informed me that a rate change wasn't possible, but they could pack breakfast for us. We were promised three portions, but upon checking in our Didi car, we discovered they had only packed two. The quantity was so meager it wasn't even enough for one child, so the two adults ended up having to buy breakfast at the high-speed rail station.

Nice hotel. My room was upgraded, it’s facing chengdu south station, very short distance to the station. The hotel buffet is very affordable too. Definitely recommended!

The hotel is quite high standing and very good value for money. It 's a little far out from the railway station subway but a taxi would be the best option if you have heavy luggage's. They barely speak any English but are trying to help as much as possible. They could improve the explanation part ( breakfast timing, amenities, etc.)
