As a family, including our elderly relatives, we booked an apartment suite. The layout with a king-sized bed in one room and a standard twin room in the other was incredibly convenient for us. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable, giving us a real 'home away from home' feeling. My daughter loved it so much she didn't want to leave even after two nights! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even the complimentary tea was delightful. But I absolutely *must* highlight the hotel breakfast – it's a definite must-try! It was truly delicious, with a fantastic variety and superb taste, honestly surpassing what you'd find at many 5-star hotels. The value for money is absolutely outstanding. Highly, highly recommended!!!

I'm back at the Hilton Jinsha Ruins! It's still fantastic, and I can't praise it enough. The spacious and bright lobby, with warm lighting and exquisite decor, instantly creates a cozy and upscale feel. The front desk staff is friendly and professional, quickly checking me in and providing helpful information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. The room was clean and tidy, thoughtfully decorated. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the bedding was so soft and gentle, I had a wonderful night's sleep. The smart device was very convenient, allowing me to control the curtains and lights with a single click. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, high-quality toiletries, and a large bathtub, perfect for a refreshing soak after a day of fun. The hotel's breakfast is also highly recommended. It offers a wide variety, including Chinese buns, fried dough sticks, and congee, as well as Western bread, milk, fried eggs, and a variety of fresh fruits and desserts. Every day was filled with a satisfying meal. The gym is well-equipped, and there are free fitness classes. A morning workout is a great way to stay energized all day long. This hotel has a fantastic location, within walking distance of the Jinsha Ruins Museum. There's also plenty of great food nearby, including a variety of Sichuan and hot pot restaurants along Yipintianxia Street, perfect for enjoying Chengdu cuisine. There's also a metro station nearby, making it convenient to popular attractions like Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. This is my second stay, and the experience remains as good as ever. The service is attentive, the facilities are comprehensive, and the value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Chengdu again!

The hotel is conveniently located, with an entrance to the underground garage next to it. The underground garage has hotel-exclusive parking spaces, free parking, and is suitable for self-driving. The hotel is close to the Jinsha Museum and the Cultural Palace subway station, making it easy to travel. There is a Hongqi supermarket chain downstairs, and Xidan Shopping Mall is not far away.

Hilarious! I still wanted a good review, but forget it. I'll give three points to the front desk staff and their cleanliness. 1. This place isn't suitable for extended stays. The old, broken washing machine for laundry doesn't even have a dryer. Such a large chain hotel wouldn't be willing to replace it. I guess they bought it second-hand from somewhere and it hasn't been around long since the hotel opened. The door is still broken. It was so hot, I put detergent and clothes in, and it wouldn't start for ages. It was a real pain. 2. The air conditioner upstairs is probably set to 25 degrees Celsius, and the room's air conditioner won't go below 24 degrees Celsius no matter how you set it. Couples shouldn't come here because you'll wake up next to someone who's too hot. 3. The third-party website said there were check-in gifts, but there wasn't anything. They didn't tell you it was gone, as if they thought we didn't know. 4. Chengdu is known for being a ”hustle and bustle” city, but this hotel doesn't even have an overhead shower. Be aware of this when you stay here.

The room maintained the Ji Hotel's signature minimalist style, was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was of good quality. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended for both business and leisure travel.
