Facilities: Well-equipped, though compact, it has everything you need. It's definitely spacious enough for one person. Hygiene: Spotlessly clean, you can walk barefoot on the floor. Environment: Surrounded by many shopping malls and night markets, and it's convenient to get to Chunxi Road.

The hotel room was quite comfortable, and the location was very convenient with the Line 8 subway entrance right outside. The staff were also very welcoming. Due to my itinerary, I informed the front desk and they kindly extended my check-out time. I was very satisfied with my stay, five-star review.

The room was okay. Besides the bedding and towels, it wasn't very clean. Some things in the room were broken, but the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the washing machine in the room (fundamental if you visit Chengdu in summer!). The location is good, right in front of Eastern Suburb Memory, where you can have a nice evening stroll, and near the mall and the subway station. Through subway you can reach the most important attraction in about 40 minutes. Overall, especially compared to the price, it's not bad.

The hotel is newly renovated with many cute panda-themed touches. The room is quite spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and they thoughtfully provided children's toothbrushes and slippers. Although the room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4 PM and we had to wait a bit, the front desk handled it quite well. The location is 1.4 km from the subway station and over 7 km from the Panda Base. Transportation mainly relies on taxis, but there are also shared electric scooters available right outside the hotel.

Last night, due to heavy rain, we found this hotel near my husband's company. The hotel's location is super convenient; there's a bus and subway station right downstairs, and Tianjie shopping mall is just across the street. I'm very grateful to the front desk lady who arranged a room facing the street for us; my daughter was thrilled. She spent a long time in the room on the bed, watching the night view. Downstairs, there are also tons of delicious night market stalls and a supermarket. I really like it and will definitely stay here often in the future. Just a small suggestion regarding window safety: it might not be very safe for families with young children. The window opens quite wide, so I recommend installing a protective screen.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the subway exit, with convenient shopping and dining downstairs. The front desk is on the second floor of the building, accessible by stairs, but thankfully, the hotel also installed an elevator. The front desk staff were professional and efficient during check-in. The room size was adequate, and the bathroom facilities were complete. However, the hotel is located on a high floor with only two elevators, which makes waiting during peak hours quite challenging. The air conditioning in the room cooled down very slowly; it took about 40 minutes to an hour to lower the temperature significantly. I gave a low rating for the hotel service entirely because of the engineer who came up to check the AC. As soon as he entered, he looked at the AC panel and told me there was no problem. Then he proceeded to tell me, ”The air comes from above.” Have I never seen an air conditioner before? I told him that the room temperature had actually increased since I entered 20 minutes ago, even with the AC on. He just gave a sarcastic chuckle. Was I making things up? I demand that the hotel provide me with the disciplinary action taken against the engineering department and this employee.

My stay at Mandu Hotel for this trip far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment was clean and elegant, and the public areas were meticulously maintained. The front desk staff were patient and attentive, responding promptly to all requests. The guest rooms were well-equipped and well-maintained, and the room itself was quiet and comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Housekeeping was prompt. This is a hidden gem! The value for money is fantastic, much better than hotels costing 300-400 yuan a night. Highly recommend! I highly recommend this hotel! It's less than 50 meters from the subway station, and even closer to the elevator entrance, which is super convenient when you have luggage. The hotel facilities are very new, the bed is just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the room is spotless. The breakfast is quite good too, with a decent variety compared to similar hotels. Although there were a couple of minor hiccups with the service, they were all promptly resolved. A special mention for the room amenities: 6 bottles of water, 2 cans of drinks, and daily nuts are provided every day. Plus, there's a beverage area downstairs, so you don't need to buy water when you're out and about during summer, which saves quite a bit. It's not far from the 339 Panda Tower, Eastern Suburb Memory, Chunxi Road, and Taikoo Li, making it easy to get around by taxi or subway. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time.
