Hotels in Jianshe Road and Eastern Suburb Memory Park, Chengdu

Conveniently located very close to Jianshe North Road metro station it's very easy to get to lots of places around Chengdu. The hotel itself is on the 4th floor of a building which has no mention of ”Merica” on it. Instead it has a name of ”Mscrh” on the side of the building. The room was reasonably sized, beds were soft and comfortable and the AC functioned well. The toilet had a lot of flies coming in which wasn't nice. The window didn't close properly which meant the AC unit whilst on would make a lot of noise which you could hear. Although we got a non smoking room you could smell the smoke through the neighbouring rooms

The room is very good. The environment is very good. The hotel facilities are very complete. The location is very easy to find. The voice equipment has intelligent services. There are aunties cleaning every day. The front desk lady is also very nice! It's not noisy around! I have booked it several times. It's very close to Dongjiao Memory. It's only 5 or 6 minutes away. There are also many places to eat nearby! It's very cost-effective and Tianjie is opposite! It's suitable for travel and business trips!

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is on the seventh floor. I booked a double room. The room was exquisite and clean. It had tables, chairs and sofas. The windows were soundproof and there was basically no noise at night. The parking lot is at the bottom of the building, and the hotel reimburses the fare after you go out and pay it, which is quite convenient. The front desk answers all questions and the service attitude is good. There is a laundry room in the public space where you can dry clothes. After checking out, it only takes ten minutes to drive to the East Railway Station, and the transportation is convenient. It was a very good stay experience.

Fairly new hotel. Comfortable bed and clean generally. Staff are helpful. Metro station is literally at its doorstep, 2 mins walk. Is located near Vanke 天荟，converted from an old industrial area into a very hip and fashionable shopping and F&B area. A blend of old and new buildings. Very vibrant and happening place.

在旅途中偶然選擇了這家來住酒店，卻收穫了意想不到的驚喜。位置十分便利，但是沒有位於主街道，在下飛機以後就接到了酒店前台小哥的電話，詢問多久到酒店，然後添加了我先生的微信，給我們發送了路線圖，不得不説這一點給我的成都出行增加了極大的好感，倍感親切和温馨，周邊交通無論是乘坐公共交通還是打車都極為便捷。位置位於小吃街，我們到的比較晚，樓下夜市也很熱鬧，很多小吃，對於像我這種吃貨來説，簡直就是天堂，嘻嘻!酒店前台位於七樓，前台看起來有點簡單，但是乾淨温馨。前台小哥哥小姐姐很熱情友好，辦理入住很很快捷，很少遇到不收按金的酒店哦，入住結束還送了馬桶套和幫忙提行李箱，感覺有點貼心哦。房間裏面乾淨整潔，床也軟乎乎的。房間內的設施雖然簡潔，但完全能滿足日常所需。衞生間也很乾凈，有帶頂噴花灑，燒水壺和空調還有電視都是小米的，吹風貌似還是戴森，萬萬沒想到我都捨不得買的吹風居然在一個商務酒店用上了，不得不誇一下這個老闆有眼光，酒店還提供了一些貼心的服務，前台配了很多免費提供的小東西，卸粧水，指甲刀，還有醫葯箱，還有免費的微波爐和自助帶烘乾的洗衣機，感覺出差會比較方便吧。可惜我用不上，哎呦。總的來説，這家酒店的性價比、位置和超級無敵好的服務，成為我願意寫好評的關鍵，當然也推薦給你們所有的遊客朋友們，相信我，不踩雷。絕對的物超所值。

The Dongjiao Memory Hotel I wrote about is actually a little far from Dongjiao Memory Hotel. The room type is a bit different. Although it is quite large, the practical space is very limited. The bathroom decoration needs to be rectified. The network is not very good, and the wifi is intermittent at night. The hotel is right next to the subway station. The breakfast is rich in variety, but the taste is very ordinary. The hotel is surrounded by a real estate or business district that has not yet been operated. You need to go across the road to buy things and have supper. At night, I set off fireworks with other guests staying in the hotel. After checking out in the morning, the staff gave a panda doll, which the child liked very much, but lost it when I came back by train, and the child cried all night.

The staff at The Perfect Hotel was wonderful; they were kind and helpful and especially patient with language translation. The staff went out of their way to help us with taxis and plans while we were visiting Chengdu. The hotel is not centrally located, but we got around easily. There is a large park near by where we took walks and the locals were friendly and welcoming. Also, the breakfast is amazing! There was so much good food and variety. The price of the hotel with breakfast was very affordable. I highly recommend The Perfect Hotel.

The hotel is on the 40th floor. When I arrived at the front desk, I saw the decoration of the front desk and the room. It gave people a very high-end feeling of the hotel. The sister at the front desk was very good and the service was thoughtful. After helping us check in, we took us to see the room. The twin room and the big bed room are all very big. The decoration looks very high-end. The high floor is equipped with a large glass window with a wide view. Check out in the morning and leave the hat in the hotel. The sister at the front desk also called to inform and help mail it. The accommodation experience is very good. I will give priority to living here in Chengdu in the future.

The hotel is 50 meters away from the exit of Polytechnic University on Line 8, which is convenient for travel. Walk about 500 meters along the subway underground passage to the nearest business district, where Bookstore is worth visiting. The hotel is relatively clean, although the facilities are relatively old. The advantage of hotels over B&Bs is the service. The facilities cannot catch up with the new B&Bs, but in terms of cleaning, most hotels have their own employees, which should be more serious than the outsourced aunties of B&Bs. I prefer professionalism, and a professional cleaning process should be much better than new furniture. In addition: the breakfast delivered tastes average, just clean and easy.
