The staff are friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations on where to explore around Chengdu. They helped receive our delivery and sent it up to our room. They were really patient with all our requests. The location is just a few steps from the metro station. The room was clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff would greet us and check if we needed anything or wanted the room cleaned. There’s also laundry service available. Breakfast had a good variety of both local and Western options, so we never had to worry about what to eat in the morning. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

One of the charging ports by the bed wasn't working. After getting out of the taxi, I couldn't find the hotel name anywhere nearby. I had to call customer service, and only then did they tell me a different hotel name, which allowed me to check in. The air conditioning left a strange odor in the room after use. In the middle of the night, I woke up to find the entire room had lost power; it only came back on after I wiggled the key card. When I turned off the TV with the remote, two large blue lights stayed on, making the room too bright. I had to cover them with toilet paper, as there was no way to turn them off completely.

Overall, it's excellent value for money, with attention to detail, suitable for business trips and short getaways. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Chengdu North Station truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is right next to Chengdu North Railway Station, just a five to six-minute walk to the entrance. Metro Lines 1 and 7 are also nearby, making it incredibly convenient for high-speed rail transfers. Getting to Jinniu Wanda for dining and shopping is also just a short walk away. The room had the standard clean and fresh style of an IHG property – no dust in the corners, no strange smells from the bedding, and the mattress was just the right firmness. The soundproofing was excellent; with the window closed at night, it was very quiet, allowing me to fall asleep instantly after a long day. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and proactively informed me about the free luggage storage, which was great for exploring a bit more after check-out. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, with a practical made-to-order noodle station and coffee, perfect for a hearty meal before heading out. For its price point, the cleanliness, location, and service are all top-notch. I highly recommend it for business trips or travel transfers; I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Every time I come to Chengdu, I live in Enzo, and the price is super high! The front desk is very enthusiastic, and any questions will be answered at any time. The cleaning aunt replaces and replenishes items in time. The room is very clean, the relevant facilities are very complete, there are air conditioning, washing machine, small refrigerator, projector, and machine hemp ～ The experience is superb (๑•̀ㅂ•́) و✧

This stay experience directly exceeded expectations! The room is very spacious, the big bed is particularly comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, and the pillows are moderately hard and soft. The hotel elevator is shared, but you have to swipe your room card to go upstairs, which is safe. It is also close to major attractions. You just have to transfer to the subway. It takes a lot of time on the subway. Environment & Sanitation: The room has been upgraded. So the room type is not small. The bed is quite big. Then there is a balcony and a place to hang clothes. Guests can use the laundry room for free. It has a dryer. Then the room is clean overall. The toilet has dry and wet separation. Then the shower head seems to be unscrewed. The room can be controlled by Xiaodu. Soundproofing is also OK. Service: I like the lady who cooks noodles in the breakfast depar**ent. She is so warm and cute! Then the other staff are also good. Then every day we will put a lot of mineral water in the room, which is good. The delivery is also timely. Overall, it is very cost-effective and I would recommend it to others.
