I recently stayed at a hotel with a unique blend of convenience and heartfelt service. If you're arriving by subway, be prepared for a bit of a walk along the side road, especially if you have big luggage. However, the location more than makes up for it as it's very close to the Panda Base, just a 5-minute bus ride away. The hotel even offers a free bus service to the Panda Base, which is a fantastic perk! One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful surprise service. The hotel sent a robot to our room, delivering a sweet selection of fruits. Families with children will also be thrilled to receive free panda toys, adding an extra touch of joy to the stay. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. A standout feature was Xiao Du, an AI room control system similar to Alexa. It was incredibly fun to interact with and added a modern, tech-savvy twist to our experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful touches and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Panda Base or looking for a memorable stay!

The overall hotel experience exceeded expectations! The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom was clean and tidy with plenty of hot water. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes very good. Special thanks to the lady at the front desk for helping me solve travel problems. The service was very considerate! Highly recommended!

成都好一點的民宿感覺找起來還是有困難的，這家還是不錯的，入住環境與照片一致，我們來的早，早上9點多就到了，前台小王幫我們辦理的入住，早上有點問題，也很快解決了，服務很好～住的也很舒服，沒有拍開燈的照片了。[愛心]

The hotel lobby is on the first floor, equipped with a lounge sofa, the front desk service is very good, the room was relatively small when I arrived at the store, the front desk upgraded the comfortable big bed, the room was relatively quiet, the equipment was relatively complete, the opening price during the Spring Festival was relatively moderate, it was a very good choice, the room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was very comfortable, I came to Chengdu for a day of travel and returned to the hotel to rest very well, fully restored my vitality, the room was insufficient, many small details were lacking, the room had a little smell, it may be because of the new opening, overall the hotel is still very good, all aspects are good, this price chose this hotel is within expectations, next time I come to Chengdu I will choose this hotel, I hope there will be a different surprise next time.

酒店環境不錯，價格始終，性價比高。走廊地毯靜音，行李箱過去完全沒聲兒，晚上比較安靜，聽不見行李箱那動靜就挺開心的，在意這些細節的可以考慮訂這裏。酒店前台服務挺好，效率高，基本上有求必應（前提是合理的要求哈），在這兒住了好幾天，問前台附近哪家麪好吃也很熱情跟你推薦。酒店內乾淨，客房服務好，在走廊遇見了會問你要不要打掃衞生，很主動。有時候我們出去玩兒沒時間洗衣服收拾回來拜託前台幫個忙收一下他們也會幫忙，還順手掛架子上，挺好的。很少寫好評，但這裏確實不錯。

There is also a small park near the hotel. There are many people running in the morning and evening. You can also blow the evening breeze at night. It is the best for friends with pets to walk the dog. Many friends who walk their dogs there may also live in the hotel. There are also food stalls and various snacks around. It is very convenient to go out for food at night. It takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi to Kuanzhai Alley. The main room is good, with complete home appliances. The one-bedroom and one-living room suite is clean and well-equipped around. The projection equipment is very clear, not blurry. The structure makes people feel very comfortable all day long. It is suitable for two people to stay! The store service is also very good. You can check in at the store. The facilities are also complete and the hygiene is very clean. I will choose this place again if I have the opportunity. I chose to spend a few days here when traveling in Chengdu. They also stored our luggage for us the next day. There are many places to eat around. It costs about 15 yuan to take a taxi to Kuanzhai Alley. There are two of us, so it is very spacious. There is also fixed Wi-Fi in the room. In short, it is a very good accommodation experience.
