The front desk is warm and considerate, and the lobby and corridors smell fresh. Xiao Liu and Xiao Deng at the front desk provided attentive service and the room was very clean. The bed was tidy and comfortable. The breakfast options were okay. Longhu Tianjie is nearby and shopping is very convenient. Compared with surrounding hotels, the price/performance ratio is very high. I will stay here again next time~

This stay was beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the bright and atmospheric decoration and warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff patiently checked me in and kindly reminded me of the surrounding attractions and dining recommendations. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the smart devices are all available, the lights and air conditioning can be controlled through the TV, and the details are super user-friendly. The breakfast is rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly cooked noodles and baked desserts are especially delicious. The gym is fully equipped, and there is also a billiard room and gym. When checking out, the staff took the initiative to help with the luggage, and the whole experience was perfect! Highly recommended to friends who are traveling for business and vacation, I will choose here next time!

On a business trip to Chengdu, I was initially misled by photos and booked the neighboring Yueshang Hotel. I stayed one night and could barely sleep without even taking off my clothes – it was incredibly dirty! The next morning, I checked out and fled immediately. That's when I noticed this Meihow R hotel next door. A quick search revealed it was a newly opened hotel in 2025, and it felt like a lifesaver! For the first night, I chose a twin room on the 3rd floor, which was very comfortable. The room was brand new, and believe me, a truly new place has that fresh, clean smell! I had a great night's sleep. The next morning, I had breakfast; the taste was decent, but I'd suggest a bit more variety. That same day, I immediately decided to extend my stay for another night. This time, I opted for a deluxe king room on the 5th floor. This king room was slightly smaller, and the toilet had a minor leak. After reporting it to the front desk, they immediately agreed to move me to another room. As it was quite late in the day, we decided to make the switch the following day. I'm very grateful to the male manager who handled the issue quickly and with an excellent attitude! On the third day, when I went to switch rooms in the morning, I found that the deluxe king room type was no longer available at that time. The manager promptly upgraded my room type. This time, I moved into a 'Stylish King Room' on the 5th floor. This room was the largest of the three and offered the best view. Although it faced the road, the windows were very well soundproofed, so I couldn't hear any noise at all. Overall, I stayed in three different room types over three nights. Just a small suggestion: the cleanliness of the rooms on the 5th floor could be a bit more meticulous. Otherwise, everything else was generally good. Before leaving, they even gave me a small 'Bian Lian' (face-changing opera) toy as a souvenir. It was a very pleasant stay, and I hope they maintain their standards and continue to improve!

The hotel is surrounded by many upscale and unique restaurants and shopping malls, making it perfect for admiring the skyscrapers and soaking in the city's vibrant atmosphere. When I called the front desk, the staff were incredibly patient, offering excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. This trip to Chengdu was truly enjoyable, and I would absolutely choose this hotel again given the opportunity.

Very good 👌 The room is very big, with a great view. The wind blows and the air circulates. The room is fresh and clean. The TV is at a just right distance. The bathroom has no odor, the water pressure is very good, and the shower is super comfortable. The washing and care products are very easy to use and not greasy at all. It is the best among all the hotels I have stayed in. It is very suitable for my hair. There are staff cleaning the room every day, and they will help fold clothes and replenish mineral water. There are not many people on May Day, let’s not talk about whether you have a good time or not. It is very important to stay comfortable and happy in the hotel. From the service at the front desk when entering the hotel, to sleeping, and sleeping till dawn, it is really a treasure hotel. In short, it is very good. I will come to Yishang Hotel again when I come to Chengdu in the future!

My stay at Mercure this trip was absolutely fantastic! Check-in at the front desk was very quick, the staff were warm and attentive, and they even proactively upgraded our room. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – the pillows were so good I even took a photo, planning to buy some for my own home! The view from the window was also lovely. I'd like to highlight a few points: 1. First, a special shout-out and thanks to the front desk staff for their incredibly thoughtful service. Since we had an early start for the Panda Base the next day, they proactively reminded us about mosquitoes and even offered mosquito repellent and anti-mosquito bracelets available at the front desk. 2. Secondly, the breakfast service deserves a special mention. We had two early mornings (for the Panda Base and a flight) and were concerned about missing breakfast. To our surprise and delight, when we went to the restaurant at 6 AM, the kitchen staff had already prepared a delicious spread. It was absolutely fantastic! 3. Third, the laundry service was a lifesaver. You can drop off your clothes in the laundry room with your washing and drying instructions, and the staff will take care of it, folding them neatly and delivering them back to your room. This level of convenience is truly exceptional – no need to worry about waiting for machines or wasting precious travel time! A final thank you to the front desk team and the wonderful staff (including the kitchen and laundry 'aunties'). Every time we met them, they greeted us with warm smiles and enthusiasm, making us feel incredibly welcome and warm-hearted!

Bring your children to Chengdu on weekends. When you check in at the hotel, the front desk service is warm and in place. The hotel's Oriental train style is unique. The room is particularly exquisite and feels like living in the train carriage. This price does experience a full sense of high-end! The bathtub in the room was very comfortable to take a hot bath. The children thought they could swim, and went to the car to experience the swimming ring. 😂! ! In the morning, the hotel also prepared a warm breakfast for the guests. It was a special surprise. I would like to give you a compliment for your attentive service. 👍🏻

The room is very good, very large and spacious, the projection is very clear, very neat and clean, there is also a washing machine and a refrigerator. I am very happy to stay here. The sound insulation is very good, there is no noise, the air conditioner is very cool, the toilet is very good, very large, the bathroom is very clean, the front desk lady's service is very good, the attitude is very good, very good, I will come back next time

Hotel wasn’t the most ideally located for those wishing to do things in the evening, it would have been a short taxi journey but this would be very low cost, however did have a small convenience store, McDonald’s and a few other food choices just outside the hotel.. The room was very spacious, modern and high tech. The staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for us. We stayed here to visit Chengdu Panda centre with was around 25 minutes in a taxi, but again very low cost.

The hotel has good service. My child caught a cold when he came. I told her and she turned on the air conditioner in advance. The check-in experience was very good. We were given welcome fruit at check-in. By the way, the hotel is at Exit C1 of Liangjiaxiang subway station.
