Hotels in Chunxi Road Commercial Area, Chengdu

Hotel locations is very good. We can walk to IFS building and Taikooli areas witin less than 10mins. You can enjoy shopping, eating there. The bus to Tianfu airport is in front of IFS so it is very convenient to walk with your luggage to the bus stop. Staff is very nice and supportive. I stay at the hotel for 3 nights as a base during going the national parks. You can keep the luggage at the hotel while you are going to Bipengou, Siguniangshan , etc. this time i got 6th floor which in the room there are no steps. There are about 3 steps (between bed areas and bathroom)in the room i got first 2 nights which i a bit worry at night.

Great hotel in the center of Chengdu. The highlight is for sure the view of the Anshun Bridge and a tea drinking station by the window to appreciate it, as well as a little balcony. You almost don't want to go out of your room but stay in instead. The bed is very very comfortable and the room is very clean. The whole ambience of the hotel, from the lobby to the corridor and the room is very soothing, feels like a spa. The staff is very helpful and speaks great English, which makes the experience easier for foreigners as well. The only downside would be that the hotel is located across the river from a clubbing area, which makes some sound at night. But this is of course outside of the hotel's control. If you are a light sleeper, there are already earplugs provided by the bed, so the staff thought of it as well. Overall a great place to stay in Chengdu.

Located right in the middle of 春熙路, it is close to everything in the busy shopping street. Staff is very helpful and friendly and very apologetic when we had to change our booking plans. Booking page indicates the room is equipped with Smart Room management system but it does not actually. When we enquire with the staff, we were told there never was any smart room facilities in their rooms. It is kinda false advertising and we felt so shortchanged by it that we decided to cancel our booking for the rest of the days and left the same night we arrived.

The hotel features a traditional Chinese design, and the ambiance is great. The breakfast spread was very generous, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Chunxi Road. The housekeeping service was excellent; the housekeeper was very thoughtful and provided several bottles of bottled water. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended! I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

This was my first time staying at a B&B, and I had a wonderful experience! The location is incredibly convenient; it's right outside Hongxing Bridge Station on Metro Line 3. Being on a high floor, the views are absolutely stunning. From the two windows, you can spot both the Tianfu Panda Tower and the giant panda sculpture on Chunxi Road, with the night views being especially breathtaking. The room's decor was exactly my style, featuring a spacious 2-meter bed. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer! The lovely hostess was incredibly gentle and friendly, and you can even pet her cat! She gave some excellent recommendations for local eateries, and there are so many food options right downstairs. Oh, I could go on and on, but I'm running out of space!

The hotel staffs are very friendly and prompt in addressing my issues. They have 3 washing + drying machines that are free for use. They also offer free drinks and snacks at their restaurant area outside of their breakfast hour. It has a very strategic location as it is right opposite many shopping malls and beside hotspring tangyue and KTV at level 5. There are also quite a lot of famous hotpots nearby. Not to mention that Luckin coffee is at level 1 too! The only downside is that the elevators are quite congested during peak hour.

Good location. A short walking distance to the shopping area. There are hawkers selling local food at the entrance at night and it is very nice. I like the fried noodle and fried rice. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I love the laundry service. There is a lady who will politely help you with your laundry and will pack nicely after it is done.😁The breakfast is great with varieties.The hotel also provide either free tea or ice cream. 👍 Overall, it is a great hotel and ai highly recommend it.

Hotel owner is very helpful. Room is clean and has every necessities you can use, lotions, washing machine with dryer, tea set, fridge and TV system is great as well. Location is very convenient, just below you have access to all the shopping areas and food.

A familiar atmosphere instantly transported me back 21 years, to the very beginning of my career dreams. The 'Miss Dai' who was at the front desk and my contemporary back then has been replaced by younger, post-2000s faces. Yet, Wenjun Lou itself, with its genuine warmth and personal touch, remains unchanged. I'm grateful that in this restless era, places like Wenjun Lou and steadfast friendships help us remember our original intentions and stay true to our core beliefs. I promise, I'll be back to visit you often whenever I get the chance!

It wasn’t bad but honestly I found trash in the room when I got there and it’s extremely hot so I recommend getting a room with AC if you’re coming in the summer or even the first 2 weeks of October. The hotels give toothbrushes and everything so that is nice. One weird thing is that I received these cards under my door? Probably pr0stitution but that was weird. Location is good, ultimately not a bad experience.
