My stay was truly excellent. Right from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. All the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the housekeeping team was equally polite. They were always on hand to assist immediately with any requests, which was truly impressive. As a noodle lover, I was delighted to find that the breakfast chef's noodles were absolutely delicious! I asked the front desk if a room with a view was available, and they kindly arranged one overlooking Longtan Water Town. The night view from there was breathtaking. The room even came with some thoughtful complimentary nuts and snacks. I'll certainly be back for another stay.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and ideal for families with kids. **Ambiance**: The hotel boasts a unique style, with every nook and cranny feeling comfortable and inviting. **Service**: Absolutely phenomenal. Our child fell ill with a recurring fever on the night of our check-in, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive, constantly assisting us by bringing water and anything else we needed. Their kindness continued even after we checked out; when we returned to pick up our luggage, our child's fever spiked again. We sat in the lobby to let them rest, and the staff thoughtfully brought a clean towel for our child to cover up with. Overall, the service was truly outstanding.

Tianfu Square is right downstairs, the subway entrance is just a few steps away, and Chunxi Road is within easy walking distance. The butler sent directions in advance, helped carry our luggage upon arrival, and even spotted a wet patch on the floor when we entered the room, politely warning us to 'watch your step' – that's real attention to detail! They also thoroughly walked us through how to use the projector and the audio system. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a truly stunning panoramic view of the square. It's mesmerizing to watch the city's pulse, from the daytime traffic to the glittering lights at night. Imagine relaxing in the tub while listening to music through the BOSE sound system! Plus, 24/7 on-demand food delivery is available. After just one stay, I'm completely hooked! This will absolutely be my top choice for any future visits to Chengdu!

Comfortable bed , love my room . Friendly staff. Free do it yourself laundry with laundry liquid , softener provided . Left mine in a hurry still in dryer on auto cycle when I came back the laundry auntie staff has hung all my clothes 😀 thank you . Across the road from tianfu square metro , very handy ! My standard room didn't come with a bathtub and felt a little cramped. It was difficult to fully open a large suitcase without encroaching on the window-side sofa area. Breakfast wasn't included in the room rate, so I decided to try it once. At 88 RMB, I felt the price was fair, and the food quality was good. The *youtiao* (fried dough sticks) were crispy, and for *chaoshou* (wontons) and noodles, they offered both clear and spicy broths, along with a comprehensive selection of condiments – essential in Chengdu cuisine. I was particularly happy to find *Dan Hong Gao* (egg pancakes), available in both sweet and savory varieties. I ordered room service for dinner. The steak was average, but the Dandan noodles were absolutely delicious. Housekeeping was very prompt and kept the room spotless. The smiling greetings from the floor staff were a genuinely pleasant touch. The location is superb, right next to Tianfu Square and opposite the Chengdu Museum. I imagine some rooms would offer excellent views. Getting to Shuangliu Airport was quick, about 30 minutes.

Great hotel. It is clean and perfectly oriented close to metro in city center. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed varied breakfast and lovely afternoon tea. Also the beds were super comfartable. The guys in reception were so helpful and helped with any question. We used translator so could communicate good. Special thanks to Xiao Zhou for all her kind help :) Definitely recommend this hotel!
