The hotel is excellent. It's conveniently located, and my boss had a very comfortable stay. The facilities are top-notch; both the gym and pool are brand new. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly prepared pastries were incredibly delicious!

Overall, this hotel is an intercontinental brand hotel worth staying in. Attentive service and unique experience make people feel very comfortable and elegant. The security brother at the door was very caring, because there were more luggage, he took the initiative to help me with my luggage, the room was quiet, and welcome fruit was also delivered. The important thing was that it was close to the International Convention and Exhibition Center. It took 5 minutes to walk. It was more convenient for the meeting. I also saw the large screen of 3D after the meeting. It was very beautiful. I recommend it to everyone.

This hotel may not be located in the downtown area. But it's just across from a great museum, the Guang Hui Museum. It hosts an extensive collection of 20th century Chinese art, the best I have ever seen. For the mall rats, there is a huge one within 10 minutes walk away. Transport is not an issue with a subway station of the main #1 line within a couple hundreds of meters.

The room was spotless. The hotel's location right by the subway station, with a direct line to the airport, was incredibly convenient. The breakfast offered a great variety and was absolutely delicious. Service was excellent; kudos to the front desk staff!

Everything was great. When I misplaced my room card, the front desk staff said it was no problem. They even personally delivered an extra blanket to my room when I requested one. Because of this excellent service, I decided to extend my stay for another day.

On this trip with friends, we had a layover in Chengdu and chose Ascott Qinhuang primarily for its excellent location – the subway offers direct access to both Shuangliu and Tianfu airports, making it incredibly convenient. Taxis are also readily available for trips into the city center. Overall, the hotel's facilities and interiors are excellent, offering great value for money. Food delivery is available directly to your room door, and the housekeeping staff kept everything very clean. Among all the Ascott properties I've stayed at, this one stands out with the best facilities and room size. The only minor drawback was that, perhaps due to the room's large size, some corners had a bit of dust (which wasn't ideal for someone with a dust allergy like me). It's also possible that our room hadn't been occupied for a while. All in all, it's a very minor and understandable issue. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

I have traveled internationally for work my entire career. My wife and I recently had to attend an exhibition at the Chengdu exhibition center. We booked last minute at XIYU Hotel. We were both so impressed with this property, especially for the extremely reasonable price. The level of service at this hotel was amazing, their service was like having our own personal butler. The interior is 5 star International standard, marble showers, great linens, black our curtains etc. The hotel is located a short 5 min walk from the exhibition center with lots of restaurants and convenience shops nearby. If you are looking for a great hotel at a fantastic price with outstanding service conveniently located near the exhibition center, this is the place. We highly recommend this hotel and it’s amazing young staff.
