The first room was very bad and had the smell of smoke so I had to talk to the manager. The second room was an upgraded room on the 6th floor but oddly enough, the BED smelled like smoke (sheets, pillows, everything). So then we had to change rooms for a final time, where everything was finally okay. But the first room was really a problem. There were weird dust balls and it activated my dust allergies. I also saw a lot of long hair on the ground. I don't think they vacuumed that room. Thankfully, the general manager is very caring and also understands that guests may not like the smell of smoke, so she worked very hard to find me a new room.

When I arrived in Chengdu, my friends had always recommended this hotel. It was very cost-effective and not expensive, so I checked in right away. The environment is very good, quiet and not noisy, there is free parking, and the service is very satisfactory, very thoughtful and considerate. The bed is also very neat and clean. The buckwheat pillows and latex pillows in the room are extremely comfortable. The room is beautifully decorated and the facilities are advanced, which is very suitable for tourism. There are many special food snacks and attractions around. In addition, the location is also very good. It gave me a good choice for travel. The road adds another color, I will come again next time

The room faces the forest and the landscape is good! There is a balcony, and the room is as clean as Shanghai! The toiletries used are L'Occitane, and fruit and milk are welcome, which is also good. The guy at the front desk was very thoughtful in helping to call a taxi. I got up early to catch the high-speed rail, but I forgot my ID at the hotel. At 6 o'clock in the morning, the front desk staff helped me call a taxi to the station. I also met a warm-hearted brother in uniform at the high-speed rail station to help me get it out of the station. In short, all the people I met in Chengdu are warm-hearted. I like Chengdu very much!
