The first room was very bad and had the smell of smoke so I had to talk to the manager. The second room was an upgraded room on the 6th floor but oddly enough, the BED smelled like smoke (sheets, pillows, everything). So then we had to change rooms for a final time, where everything was finally okay. But the first room was really a problem. There were weird dust balls and it activated my dust allergies. I also saw a lot of long hair on the ground. I don't think they vacuumed that room. Thankfully, the general manager is very caring and also understands that guests may not like the smell of smoke, so she worked very hard to find me a new room.

Lovely affordable hotel, just on the main road and a 15 minute taxi ride to the city centre. The room was spacious, modern, quite eloquent. The hotel was spotless, no dirt anywhere. The staff at reception were kind, hospitable and accommodating, and the fruit each day was a very welcome touch. I would absolutely come back and stay here again.

You can drag your luggage out of the station and arrive at the hotel entrance in the blink of an eye. The convenience is unparalleled. There are numerous snack stalls and restaurants around, so you can easily get a special breakfast in the morning or a delicious midnight snack at night. The room experience is first-class, the air conditioning and heating effect is superb, the TV has so many channels that it is dizzying, and you can switch between leisure and entertainment at will. The hotel's free facilities are amazing. The laundry room is clean and tidy and free to use, easily solving the problem of changing clothes during travel. The gym is fully equipped to meet various exercise needs. The library is quiet and warm, creating a small world for those who love reading. Late at night, there is free steaming hot porridge available, which instantly cures your fatigue. The service at Kuyou is impeccable. Every service staff greets you with a smile and is enthusiastic and patient. Whether you are asking for travel tips or needing items temporarily, they can respond quickly and provide perfect solutions. This hotel experience is perfect. I will definitely choose here next time I travel!

I had a delightful stay at the Vienna Hotel (East Railway Station & Sichuan Normal University Branch). From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist, Xiao Li, was very kind and accommodating. He upgraded my room and offered a late check-in facility, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary breakfast and a beautiful little gift upon arrival, making our stay even more special. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, contributing to a wonderful experience overall.

The Sichuan Normal University of Metro Line 7 is a 5-minute walk away. The location is very convenient. Although the road in front of the hotel is during construction, there is no noise at night (maybe due to the suspension of work during the Spring Festival). The opposite is the hot pot restaurant and tea garden. The lobby on the first floor of Atour is a bookshelf. If it is not a hurry, Must read a few hours in the lobby. The room is large and clean. The clerk's service attitude is very good. I have lived in many Atours. Sichuan Normal University is really good.

This is my first time staying at the Atour Hotel in Chengdu. During the National Day, in order to avoid the peak crowds, I chose the Atour X next to Jinhua Wanda. I was not disappointed at all. The facilities were new and the rooms were clean and tidy. , the smell of the hotel is also very good, and the sound insulation effect is also very good~ The guys and girls at the front desk are very gentle and enthusiastic, and the service is very attentive and thoughtful. Because I saw that other hotels were not very clean, I chose this one. The quiet room I originally requested was not available. Also because we arrived very late, we were upgraded to a room with glass and balcony partitions. It was very quiet. The layout was very special. The balconies of the two rooms were half-partitioned, and they could basically communicate with each other. The soundproofing effect was very poor. I could hear any words from the neighbors. So my child and I didn't dare to talk, and could only whisper. But the hygiene was good.

My home is nearby. My relatives and friends came to Chengdu to play. They stayed here. It was very nice. The environment was beautiful. There were flowers and plants everywhere. It was a good place to take pictures and check in. There was a large forest in the yard, like a small park. When I woke up in the morning, I could hear the birds singing. It felt really good. The service was great. I encountered some minor problems when I checked in. The front desk and lobby manager helped me solve them enthusiastically and patiently. I like it. The room was very clean. The decoration style was the style of the Republic of China. The room toiletries were L'Occitane, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted good. Parking was very convenient and free. Just tell the front desk your license plate number when you check in. The surrounding transportation was convenient, with buses and subways. There were also many places to eat nearby. It was easy to find after walking for more than ten minutes. This environment is really suitable for bringing the elderly and children to stay. I highly recommend it~

The hotel is in a good location, with business districts and food nearby. Although the breakfast is not big, it has a lot of varieties. The front desk staff has a good service attitude, especially the sister with the work number fdy. Our luggage needs to be stored for a long time, and she enthusiastically helped us solve this problem. Great!
