Hotels in Business District/The area around the Twin Towers, Chengdu

Due to a last-minute flight change, I had to stay overnight in Chengdu. After looking around, this hotel was the best choice. It's right next to Chengdu South Railway Station, and literally across the street from Metro Line 18's exit, which is incredibly convenient. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze, and it's not far to get into the city center either. Although the hotel isn't brand new, it's very clean and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. It really is an excellent choice.

Extremely close to the South Railway Station, you can even see the station from the room window. The service was very warm and the room was clean and tidy. Downstairs, there's a mall and a supermarket, and the room having a mini-fridge is perfect for summer trips! Next time if I have enough time, I'll definitely try out the free laundry service.

This hotel is a hidden gem with incredible attention to detail! The lobby is bright and minimalist, and the rooms feature smart home technology plus a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries smell great. The hygiene is impeccable. I accidentally left something behind, and they proactively contacted me to return it, which was both heartwarming and reassuring.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. It's conveniently located for getting around, and there are plenty of dining options downstairs. The hygiene details were excellent, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

Nice room near the financial city metro , everything is good no bad review , but only thing is if you’re a foreigner it will be hard to find the hotel because there will be no sign in english . Just make to have a exterior photo , so you can easily identify the entrance , even in reception there wont be any english sign to make sure , we’re in right place but dont need to worry its not that hard

Great value for money. The facilities are comprehensive. It's close to the subway station, but for convenience, we mostly took taxis to get around, which was easier. There's a Hema Fresh downstairs, which made shopping very convenient.

Traveling through Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan by car, we passed through Chengdu and stayed in the closest district to the highway exit. After comparing a few hotels, we chose this one, and it was excellent. The room was large and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and having a step in the bathroom specifically for clothes was a huge plus – it's always a struggle at other hotels to find a clean place for clothes, often having to hang them on the door. Here, changing clothes was very convenient. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and they have their own dedicated parking lot with free EV charging. This was a big bonus for our electric car road trip! The hotel also has a laundry room with complimentary single-use detergent, which was very convenient. For the price, location, and room, it definitely deserves five stars. The delivery robot was also incredibly fast and didn't make a jarring call; instead, it was a gentle reminder from a 'Xiao Du' speaker, which was much nicer. Regarding the soundproofing issue mentioned in some reviews, I was initially worried, but after staying here, I found it to be perfectly fine. After all, it's summer, and with a full house, people walking, talking, and opening/closing doors in the hallway is unavoidable. If you want perfect soundproofing, you should probably look at a five-star international hotel. For this price and room, it's really good. It became very quiet during sleeping hours. The hotel also promptly helped us mail back some items we left behind.

The self-service laundry room is incredibly practical, and the staff even thoughtfully helped collect my clean laundry and deliver it directly to my room. Hygiene: The entire place was dry and clean. Housekeeping regularly tidied up and replenished supplies, and there were no strange odors in the room. The ventilation was excellent, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Environment: It's right next to Tiexiang Temple Water Street, offering a rich variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, which is super convenient. Service: All the staff were warm and attentive. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone I met would politely greet me, and they were all very friendly. The self-service breakfast offered a wide and diverse selection, making for a great dining experience. My entire stay was pleasant and relaxing. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends.

The surrounding area offers convenient living, with restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities downstairs to meet daily needs.

I genuinely recommend this hotel; my entire experience was fantastic! The staff were gentle and attentive, and they responded quickly to any requests. The room decor was cozy, and the details were well-executed, with good quality toiletries. The hygiene was exceptionally thorough, with no dust even in the corners, and the mattress was very relaxing to sleep on. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, and you can walk to dining and shopping. Staying here felt as comfortable as being at home, and the value for money is excellent. It's perfect whether you're traveling or just staying for a short period. I've already recommended it to my friends.
