From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities that made my stay feel luxurious. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I loved waking up to such a serene atmosphere. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the spa offered a range of treatments that left me feeling completely relaxed. The pool area was a perfect spot to unwind, with comfortable loungers and a tranquil ambiance. Dining at the hotel was an absolute delight. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious, high-quality dishes, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, making every meal a memorable experience. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about making my experience special. The hotel's environment and facilities were excellent, and the room was very spacious. Its location offers great convenience for transportation and nearby amenities. I was here on a business trip and had a wonderful experience! A special shout-out to Nina and Yara at the front desk; their service was incredibly warm, efficient, and they provided timely assistance!

Highly recommended as the room was really modern and clean, and overall services are really personalized. It was a bit harder to find initially as it is inside the M cube mall 3rd building. But that doesnt beat the amazing services that you are getting.

My stay was incredibly satisfying. The location is superb, just a few hundred meters, or a few minutes' walk, from subway Lines 7, 1, and 18. Despite its convenient transport links, it's remarkably quiet. The facilities are brand new and meticulously maintained, offering a seamless blend of modern technology and comfort. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, featuring Sealy mattresses. The bathroom boasts excellent water pressure and instant hot water, ensuring a fantastic shower experience. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered greeted us with a genuine smile and a warm hello, and you could see sincere care in their eyes. This pervasive yet perfectly balanced service made us feel less like hotel guests and more like we were returning to a cherished home. Highly recommended! Will definitely return!

Room amenities are on par with Atour hotels. However, for a 600 RMB room rate, the service was shockingly poor. Despite the hotel having robots, guests were made to collect their own food deliveries. The mini-bar was empty, and the front desk staff showed clear impatience when asked to activate the elevator. How can you possibly justify charging the same price as nearby Minyoun and Howard Johnson hotels?

A brand hotel I often stay in, it is as warm as ever. The legendary change of ownership has not reduced the hotel's quality, but enhanced many functions, such as a laundry room with excellent equipment, a mushroom soup hotpot restaurant, which tastes great, and the breakfast remains the same; the front desk reception work is more rigorous and meticulous, the housekeeper Zhou Qin and other staff are well-trained, with excellent business qualities, professional reception, enthusiasm and elegance.

Having had a rather rough service experience at the InterContinental the day before, my two-day stay at the Waldorf Astoria was a welcome change and a very pleasant experience. The view of the Twin Towers was impressive, especially stunning at night. The room itself was remarkably well-maintained, not showing its nearly 10 years of age at all. The front desk is conveniently located on the 50th floor. A special shout-out to Ethan for his excellent service; he was incredibly quick and helpful in responding to all our requests. Breakfast was also fantastic, offering both a buffet and à la carte selections – though I couldn't quite bring myself to have a steak first thing in the morning!

It has been a great trip! Book this hotel because close to my friend place , straight 3nights stay which is a bit worry as non smoker I had bad luck with room most time in China. But stuff are really kind and helpful ,so we extended one more night. Room still a bit spacious but really clean and comfortable!

Very clean and modern Hotel. Included: Breakfast and some Afternoon food and evening noodles. Very friendly staff with whom we could talk via translation app. What was a new experience for me that it is allowed to smoke in Chinese Hotels ins some areas. (I am a non Smoker)

My recent stay fell significantly below expectations for three key reasons: 1. Unhelpful Staff During Medical Need After falling ill due to the extreme temperature contrast (outdoor heat vs. aggressive AC), I requested assistance locating a nearby pharmacy. While I understand staff can’t provide medication, a simple directory search or suggestion would have been reasonable. The dismissive ”I don’t know” response felt neglectful. 2. Disruptive ”Satisfaction Checks” Staff repeatedly knocked on doors (while I was sleeping) to inquire about cleaning service quality. This intrusive approach prioritized hotel procedures over guest comfort. 3. Poor Lost Item Protocol I accidentally left prescription glasses in the room after checkout. The hotel only acknowledged them after I contacted them, refusing to arrange return shipping. Contrast this with Atour Hotel (my previous stay): they proactively called about a forgotten charger and shipped it immediately.
