XXiaoxiaoxiaoxueshengI am a platinum member of Vienna. I am used to booking Vienna on business trips. This time I need to stay nearby. The applet did not find it, so Trip.com I booked this one. First of all, when I arrived at the store, other guests had already waited impatiently. There was a sister in the store. I obviously felt that the service was unprofessional. The procedures were no problem, but the service attitude was really average. There was no appeasement of the guests, no warm welcome, and no patience to answer. The little brother next to him didn't help much, but the two people as a whole didn't seem to be the reception level of a newly opened Vienna.
Secondly, the room, as soon as I entered the house, it was a huge smell. I thought who just got on the big one here, but I checked it repeatedly. I guessed that a snail powder shop was opened nearby, but I was on the 9th floor. It proved that the hotel ventilation fresh air system needs to be improved. The sanitation of the bathroom is worrying, the sink does not know what happened, the marks inside are spots, and there are unknown objects attached, which is not the cleaning level that a new store should have.
Besides the environment, there are ditches that two or three people can walk side by side outside the window, and there is no partition from the neighboring room. I am worried about safety issues, so there are anti-locked windows all night. Turning on the air conditioner to try to ventilate, but the sound of the air conditioner outside the machine was huge all night, and I didn't know what was inside the air outlet. I flickered all night, and the footsteps upstairs and the sound of talking at the door were deafening.
Finally, I couldn’t sleep and watched TV. As a result, the TV couldn’t cast the screen. The customer service said “Yes, I just couldn’t cast the screen.”
Not bad, but it can be said that it is a hotel that will not be chosen as a repeat customer.
