Check in very good. Arrived as early as 6am and they have rooms available for us to check in (subject to availability). Very friendly and helpful guest reception. Location is strategic to all places and food. Room is very spacious. What you see is what you get. No gimmicks. Will definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed for 1 night and I checked in late (past 10pm). Room was modern, clean and one of the most comfortable I’ve stayed in China. Location is within walking distance from Kuanzhai Alley. Hotel staff recommended a really delicious authentic food nearby too. Staff was extremely helpful as I wanted to do laundry outside of their laundry hours but she still willingly assisted with my laundry (she had to work overtime for this). I misplaced my travel adaptor when checking out and the staff promptly notified me. When I went back to retrieve the item and my luggage, the staff saw that I was carrying a bulky item on hand and she took the initiative to came forward with a reusable bag for me to use. The service from the staff here had been impeccable and so thoughtful. I had a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic stay at this pretty boutique hotel! Love the deco right from the hotel lobby, to the garden and all the way to the room! Room’s really clean and the toilet seat is heated! I had such a lovely stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel to me friends! Location wise is amazing, short walk to the Kuanzhai alley and many food, massage and even karaoke options nearby within walking distance.

The room is not sound proof. Can hear honking and cars from outside. It was hard to sleep. After a complaint, the staff was kind enough to upgrade us. It was slightly better but still not the best. It maybe coming from the windows. Staff was friendly and location is superb.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Room is very nice and zen, everything is clean and nice. Warm and friendly welcome from the staff, 小唐，小何，小雷。Breakfast spread is also extensive and very worth getting. My family used didi often, so cannot really speak about the ease of public transport. It is near the chunxi road/IFS The only thing that could be better is to have a bidet in the toilet. Overall: 4.9/5 stars and would stay here again the next time we visit.

Great location - situated next to 通惠门站 exit C and 10-15 mins walk to 宽窄巷子. Many eateries and convenient store behind the hotel. Cleanliness can be improved especially in the bathroom. Little thought in designing the room. No racks placed in the bathroom and expect guests to walk naked out to get changed?

Great service , great hospitality with full of service mind. We are so happy to stay here. This is truly a Hidden house among the nice area with walkable distance (kuanzhai alley, people’s park, Tianfu Square) nice neighborhood atmosphere with many trees, peaceful. The hotel is New with the renovation from the old building structure. And it’s very great to find the place with all of Non smoking room. Even smelling slightly smoked but I don’t know where it’s come from. The robot welcoming is very creative. The bottles of drinking water were put in front of the room. This is so generous service. Thanks again for the helpful staffs , all of them. This mean a lot for our first trip in Chengdu. i will recommend this hotel to other people and our next stay will be the hidden house. During my recent two-day stay, I occupied rooms 3503 and 2308. Room 3503 offers a splendid high-rise view of the street, whereas room 2308, though lower in elevation, boasts a more elegant layout with soothing potted plants and lighting right at the entrance. The mini-fridge stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages was a nice touch, and the attentive service from the hotel’s dedicated CTrip.com concierge, along with the helpful bellboys at the lobby, enhanced my experience. However, the wait for the elevators was a bit tedious. The building has three passenger elevators and one service elevator, with two designated for Quanji Hotel guests and one and the service is for Xiyue guests. Since the two elevators for Xiyue are unlinked to each other, guests often press both buttons, leading to prolonged waits and repeated door openings. A potential solution could be to either share one guess elevator between Quanji and Xi Yue or to coordinate the passenger and service elevators better. Despite this, I would happily return for another stay.

The hotel is Amazing, traditional style,located in the famous Kuan zhai alley right in front of the Famous sichuan opera house that is one of the best things to see in Chengdu , it's also near the metro and people's park. cleanliness,calmness, free laundry,amazing teahouse and a good restaurant... The manager Frank, and the staff counter Kimberley ，belle ,Zoey and the others are more like a family with their excellent service Their dedication is what makes this place more than just a hotel to help the foreigners overcome the challenges of communication in China. I highly recommend this hotel for every traveller not only foreigners And i will certainly book again in Wenjunloo
