This Hotel lobby counter staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave you advice on place to eat and visit. Hotel and room was clean and well maintain. Laundry was provided free of charge, there is a basket in the room. Dirty clothes just put in the basket bring it down when going out in the morning and collect it when you return in the evening, They will wash for you. Although is near to the main road, it was not noisy. Hotel is very near Line 2 metro station and also 300m to 成都宽窄巷子.

The location is very good, close to the city center. The place is relatively quiet due to a secluded location (as in the name of the hotel). The staff is very polite and competent, fluent communication in english possible with some of the staff (others will help using translator and they are also helpful). There is a very climatic and nice backyard garden where you can enjoy a nice afternoon tea. We were catched there in a pouring rain but the experience was very pleasant with the sound of water droplets and smell of wet grass. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat full breakfast due to leaving very early but it is possible to get a breakfast bag from the reception desk. There is even a car, which can take you to the Chengdu Great Panda Breeding Base. The hotel was renovated - the bathrooms are new and well-equipped. Although rather not as clean as other hotels we visited (stains on the toilet side wall, limescale/mold in the newly renovated shower).

I had a wonderful stay at Sungold Designer Hotel in Chengdu. The hotel features a modern and stylish design, with clean and comfortable rooms. Its convenient location made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. Highly recommended!

Location location location! This hotel is simply perfect for exploring Chengdu. Simply a bridge away from the must-do Chunxi Rd and very near to all the attractions in the city. It's quite a flat 500m walk from Chunxi Rd Metro station exit A. In fact, if you have 3 pax or more traveling tgt, u can Didi to most must-see tourist places in the city within ~15 to 30 yuan. The hotel feels very vibrant and comfortable. The non-smoking rooms are truly non-smoking and smell great! I was pleasantly surprised when I first entered the room - it was so welcoming - you will find out what it is if you choose to stay here. The room is decorated very nicely, and its space layout is also well thought of for international travelers like the USBC and USB ports on both sides of the bed. What you see in the photos is what you get. I like that they provided slippers and traveler's necessities like toothbrush and replenished bottles of water daily. I was impressed there was even a sanitizing wipe for the toilet seat upon arrival. I love their attention to cleanliness. Also, they provide free detergent for you to do your own laundry! There is also an in-room smart system if you speak Mandarin that is similar to GoogleHome, but obviously not google; It's a local brand. The bed is great - clean, great support, but not too hard, and I slept so soundly. My parents and I like it so much we extended our stay for 2 more nights. The fridge in my parents' room were spoilt, and upon receiving my mom's feedback, they fixed it immediately. All their staff are very welcoming, polite, and also gave suggestions on places to explore. 5 star service, which at times I didn't experience even at 5 star hotels around the world. This is my first time staying in Manxin Hotel, and it will definitely not be my last. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We actually stayed here for 4 Nights and did try another type of room like the one in picture. it is superb best choice to stay here in cheng du not to mention they help keep our luggage for few days because we go back n forth to chegdu in between those 4 nights.

This hotel was fantastic. While pretty simple and new, the staff were extremely helpful and would easily communicate via WeChat to coordinate room cleaning or any other support needed. The bathtub is a major selling point as it's pretty much an indoor pool in your room. Would definitely stay here when I visit Chengdu again.

We stayed at Joya Hotel for three nights and booked three rooms for six people. All of us were very satisfied with the experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite and professional. Special thanks to the manager Annie—she was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even gave us a lovely local Chengdu gift at check-out. They also provided fresh fruit in each room, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is excellent, right next to Taikoo Li, making it super convenient. I would definitely stay here again when in Chengdu.
