Overall it’s ok staff willing help all times even they couldn’t speak English but we used translate app to close language gap 😂 breakfast good even many carbohydrates foods 😂 but acceptable Location: it’s not near metro station as put in trip.com description actually it far from central metro unable reach there we’ve to take tram but it’s near tram station around 500 M. Many restaurants and street foods near hotel so we enjoyed stay here.

I usually don't bother to write reviews, but this one is really outrageous. The soundproofing is very very very very poor! The twin room I booked at first had windows that didn't close tightly and faced the street market, which was extremely noisy. Then I went to the front desk to change rooms, and they told me that only twin beds faced the street market, and asked me to pay more. I paid more, and changed to a room that didn't face the street market. If the next room was a little louder, I could hear it? ? The soundproofing is terrible. It's not worth the price.

The LOFT room design was impressive; the two large beds spread across the upper and lower levels were incredibly spacious and comfortable. The generous space was perfect for both working and dining. You could tell there was a lot of thought put into the details, and the cleanliness and comfort left my entire family very satisfied. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering healthy and fresh fruits and vegetables. There's also a rooftop garden next to the restaurant, a lovely spot for reading or enjoying tea. I would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Love my stay in holiday inn. Stayed 2 nights for $122 includes breakfast. Most enjoyable breakfast throughout my holiday. Chose this hotel due to 青成山and 都江堰. However, it is one station to the high speed train. Most importantly is the service, they collate the parcels we send to them.
